Good points: 1. Suppose the room was reasonably clean 2. Can't hear any noise from airport 3. Continuous hot water from shower Bad points: 1. Free continental breakfast is only for sugar and fat addicts 2. Only way in and out is via your own car, via motel shuttle ($12.50 each way) or booked taxi as the road in is... more

Not a bad place to stay if you can't afford staying in NYC. Rooms are large, breakfast pretty good. I found the staff pleasant despite what others have written. more

This is my second time staying here. We ended up choosing this place again because of its proximity to NYC without paying NYC rates. But don't expect any spectacular service as it's obviously not a luxury hotel and location. This second time around, my boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights and we planned to make use of the... more

I chose the "Park and Fly" Package and for $150 dollars and one night stay in a dirty/smelly room-- I got a huge scratch in my new car and an attitude from the girl at the desk upon expressing that I was upset. Clearly this happens all the time as she gave me a well rehearsed speech of "we're not... more

Best Western sucks! Curb appeal is non existent, the hotel is positioned on some desolute pot-hole filled road. The parking does not accomondate customers staying at the hotel, its like playing musical chairs. Each time you go around the circle there is one less space. There was a misunderstanding about the lenght of my stay. Management sent a shuttle driver... more

We stayed here for three nights during our weekend trip to NYC. We certainly weren't expecting a 5*; we just wanted a clean place to put our heads. Check-in was pretty speedy, a plus when you've been driving for 8 hours. Our room was on the 6th floor -- I have no idea why only one of the two elevators... more

I was there for a night before a connecting flight. The place was very dirty and amenities were poor. I would strongly suggest avoiding it if possible and only go there if there is no other option. more

I booked this hotel for 2 nights on either end of our trip from Newark Airport. We were lost for an hour trying to find this place, after 2 stops and 2 phones calls to the hotel, the front desk sent the shuttle bus to meet us at the Hilton, we were totally lost and definitely wouldn't have been able... more

We stayed here to catch an early flight from Liberty Airport. Big rooms and very adequate. Staff very helpful. On checking in the clerk printed boarding passes for us without the need to ask. Best Rate available. Car waiting when we returned. No problems. Highly recommended. more

1. The sign for the hotel is 2 ft from the ground. Not an easy find. 2. The entrance to the hotel smelled like chorline; but no pool. There were some "flowers" outside... 3.Front desk unable to provide receipt. I booked online through the hotel website. They said it was not :"charged" and would need to imprint my card. I... more
