Would I stay here again? yes, but....... This is not a hotel. This is a cinder block room that has a dorm like ambiance. The bathroom was old, tired, had moldy caulking and not 100% clean. The room also defies typical hotel cleaning. Open bar for clothes. There is a hair dryer and a fridge, but no coffee maker (?).... More

Thank you for your feedback. I will certainly investigate your complaint of electric plugs not working in the room. Our facility provides daily housekeeping service, which includes refreshing the guest room, replacing soiled towels as well as removing trash. We replace linens every third day. If that was not completed during your stay, I apologize. We are happy to announce... More

Stayed here for 3 nights with my boyfriend when I went to visit him at university and it was a fabulous stay! The beds were so comfy and it was so quiet we got some really good night sleeps! The staff were so helpful when we checked in and throughout our stay it made it really easy for us. They... More

My stay at Rutgers Inn and Conference center was very comfortable and affordable. The rooms were very quiet and clean. It's location was ideal for our stay, we were able to walk to activities on campus.

The inn is clean and cozy. It is located near the campus and was easy to find. The welcome bag was stocked with treats and campus information. The staff is very friendly and professional. It is a very nice place to stay.

Excellent value for the money. Staff very friendly. If you want quiet - this is the place. This location is central from every highway. The downside - is the Reservation/Billing system. Was charged three times - all was corrected.

When arriving at the hotel we had a very nice chat with the people at the front desk. We stayed for one night and were very surprised what you get for your money at the Rutgers Inn! The rooms are quite spacious and equipped with very modern interior and everything was very clean! The only thing missing was a coffee... More

Stayed here for one night because I was due at a Rutgers program on campus the next day at 8:15 am. If you have business at Rutgers, the location of the Inn can't be beat. Front desk staff Rose and a gentleman were very nice and helpful and check-in was smooth although they mistakenly charged me twice, but rectified the... More

I stayed at the Rutgers Inn over the weekend with my girlfriend. We got a room with two queen beds which I think is the only room type (apart from the accessible rooms) available at the inn. The location is perfect! It is on the Rutgers bus route with a bus stop just 2 minutes away making it well connected... More

Stayed here during Rutgers Day. Great location, very good price. Not a fancy place by any stretch of the imagination, and you don't get much in the way of amenities. Rooms are spartan - almost like a Rutgers dorm room - but good if you don't plan on spending time in your room. Nice service from a friendly staff. Located... More

A generally acceptable residence for university guests, with limited dining facilities: they offer a "breakfast package" for $10 which we declined, and snacks are available in vending machines. Our room was equipped with a microwave and a refrigerator, but no in-room coffee, or drinking glasses (I borrowed some from the lobby coffee service. There was also no fitness room, so... More

Thank you so much for the feedback. I apologize for the lack of cups in your room. Our rooms are normally stocked with two cups. I also wanted to let you know part of our goal for FY 13 is to identify a location on site where we could install a few pieces of exercise equipment. equipment. More
