Everything about the hotel was great. The stay, location convenience, the food, the service, attention, assistance, amneties, breakfast lounge and view. Hotel staff is well trained and very helpful. I stayed on multiple occassions and they would recognize me. more

Our stay was great - comfortable, convenient, quiet - until I started reviewing the bill prior to check-out. Our room type included the "Business Plan," which included free wi-fi for one computer as well as breakfast. I had been told at check-in that the wi-fi ($9.95/day) would show up on my bill but would then be comped. It had not... more

We stayed at the Hyatt because it was directly across the street from the Old Bay restaurant/bar, where our friends' band was playing on my birthday. We got a great rate on the internet. The hotel is clean and the room was spacious. The bed was not the most comfortable (it could have used a pillow top) but I've slept... more

My boyfriend planned a night at this hotel during Valentine's Day weekend as a surprise. I am a Rutger's grad and really never even knew this hotel existed. As with any Hyatt Regency hotel, I expected the best. I was amazed by the striking architectural details this hotel had in the entire lobby and bar area. Use of gorgeous granite,... more

My wife and I visited this hotel on a "romantic weekend" away from the kids. The beds are comfortable and the hotel staff at the front desk seemed very nice and accommodating. My wife and I planned to attend a concert but we got wrapped up in going to a great local restaurant, Nova Terra (with some shopping beforehand). Let... more

The room was acceptably clean and in good condition. The bed was very comfortable. The television was a flat screen and everything worked properly. The room service was prompt and the grilled salmon over a bed of lettuce was fresh, lean and filling. The taco soup was okay. The train station is a five minute walk and a 20 minute... more

My wife and I stayed there for a one-night trip, for relaxation and to visit friends. The parking garage is very poorly lighted and a disgrace. As we discovered in our room, the curtains and the sofa were stained with unmentionable colors. The restaurant downstairs had very good food, but the service was exceptionally slow. At least our server was... more

We stayed at the Hyatt for New Years Eve and to all who are reading this, a very happy New Year to you. I want to preface this review by saying that dearest girlfriend and I are not particularly picky or snobbish travelers. We travel a quite a bit and realize that things happen and it is better to take... more

The lobby was loud, yet attractive in a modern-art kind of way. But I couldn't believe all of the problems in my room - TV remote wasn't working; couldn't change channels manually; air vent in bathroom was very loud; wake up call came at 5am rather than the requested 8am (then, when I was awakened, I politely asked them to... more
