4 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

4-night stay at the hotel, first time visit. Lobby is typical Hyatt, with bold architecture. Room was nicely appointed with a big flat screen and HD programming. Nice to relax at night with plenty of channels. Comfortable beds. A/C in good working order and quiet I especially liked the multiple outlet for USB ports and 115V right on the night... More

The door lock on my son's room wouldn't latch. While he was in a meeting someone broke in and stole a computer and other things. The hotel couldn't have cared less. When the front desk manager (Romani) was called the next day he hadn't gotten around to checking the room. The manager on duty (Christine) never even returned phone calls.... More

I was there again, for a small conference. We were treated well. The place is kept clean and inviting. The room we were provide was brightly lit and nicely appointed. As a hotel it is beautifully situated, where the best of the historic New Brunswick just outside the door. The food served was well prepared, with our choices of chicken... More

The Pros: The lobby is very nice Restaurant was ok Location was ok The Cons: The noise level: if you're on the street side of the hotel, you can hear the road noise and sirens. The noise from the connecting room was so loud it felt like they were in the room with me. One of my co-workers actually got... More

Hotel was conveniently located. Price for parking was a bit high, but expected in the city. Luckily, due to the holiday we only had to pay for one night. Garage was well lit and connected to the hotel. The room and bed were very comfortable, we had a room facing away from the highway. The walls in the hotel are... More

I was making a long drive and having hit a lot of traffic decided to stop for the night. The lobby was well appointed and desk staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful. The room itself was nothing fancy but was very large. The heat didn't seem to be working so well but I was comfortable enough so I didn't complain.... More

Very nice set up for a large conference or meeting. I was surprised that the hotel accommodated over 700 participates. Breakfast was set up in a nice area with many stations to visit. Lunch was a beautiful sit down. I was more than impressed with the organization of the servers. Yes, the food is important but the set up for... More

We had a great stay here, was reasonably quiet well taken care of hotel. You can take the train to Penn station and is only about an hour. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others. Also we ate at the restaurant and it was surprisingly pretty good.

We purchased an overnight stay through the Bidding for Good Auction site. We paid a bit less than the going rate but taxes etc were included. Many years ago when we living in Union County we often came to New Brunswick to go to one of the three theaters. We now live in Ocean County and are much further away... More

We stayed 3 nights while on tour. Modern, attractive and clean hotel just an hour from Manhattan by train. However, I left my cell on bed (definitely) upon checkout. I called twice from home but somehow staff didn't find the phone or return calls. That makes our return unlikely.
