It was a stressful start.....after check in our key stopped working and they kept giving me new keys with no success and even sent the engineer to change the battery in the door not once but twice with no success. I had to wait in my room for the assistant manager to call and for the engineer to fix the... More

Nicely decorated the rooms unfortunately no insulation between the wall so you heard everything your neighbors as well as the kids wandering up and down the hallway's are doing. Very convenient to the highway as well as downtown. $20 for a 6 out of 10 breakfast buffet is a bit high...

The Hyatt Regency New Brunswick is a comfortable and convenient choice for my work travel. It's located just off the freeway for easy access, and is walking distance to restaurants and the Rutgers campus. The rooms in this Hyatt are quiet and well-appointed. I find the beds comfortable, and enjoy the Neutrogena products provided in the bathrooms. I've also attended... More

Visited twice since my son started at Rutgers in August & each time I have been amazed by the amount of care afforded by the front of house team. After my second stay on 2nd December, I had to return unexpectedly from NYC after my partner died suddenly on his return to the UK - Terry & Lavanya were so... More

Our stay at the Hyatt on New Year's Eve was pleasurable. The staff was nice and did not seem to resent working on New Year's Eve. The lobby of the hotel has been redone and is very nice. The rooms are comfortable but need a refresh, which they acknowledged. We did not use room service or eat at any of... More

We walked in late in the evening, weary from the day's travels.. and were impressed with the hotel upon our arrival. Parking was a breeze (not typical in New Brunswick)... The lobby was updated, upscale and inviting. The bar/restaurant looked lively. The front desk staff were great... Then, when we got to our room it had what looked like black... More

By far one of the best hotels I have stayed in while in new jersey as far as room and amenities... Only stayed for one night... Forgot my tooth brush and other essentials... They brought it up within 5 minutes after hanging up which was very impressive to me... ...

The hotel is convenient, quite modern and has ok facilities, but some of the rooms are terrible - noisy from the highway or elevators, shabby or otherwise pretty miserable. Get a decent too and it's fine.

Have had several meetings at the Hyatt and we enjoy each visit. The rooms and food are always great. If you are lucky enough to meet Carmelo in the Lobby on arrival he will greet you and make you feel right at home. He is outstanding. There are some great restaurants in the area as well as the shows at... More
