Set in the midst of New Brunswick you can get from here to there with great ease. The staff is warm and caring. Restaurants are within walking distance. Lovely town. So much history to enjoy as well as nearness to the train station

I've been to this hotel several times for business meetings over the last several years. The staff and accommodations seems to be getting better every stay. The location can't be beat. It is a block or two from the train station, which will take you to the Newark airport or into the NYC. There are plenty of hotels, bars, shops... More

Good location right in the middle of town. Rooms are big. Breakfast is good. Bar is cool. Everything works. Staff are great. Gym is small but great. And the tv's in the rooms are huge and have HBO. Rooms facing the street can be noisy.

I must say, my experience was great. When I walked in I was greeted with a smile. The staff spoke with me using my name. They ask why was I visiting, then recommended restaurants, and other things in the area for me to visit. The room was clean, and comfortable...

I don't know what's going on with Hyatt Regency hotels but they aren't the terrific places they once were, with quiet rooms, plenty of amenities, and an escape from the day's meetings. This hotel is ok, but not terrific. The amenities are paltry for an upscale hotel, and where do you find single ply toilet paper anymore? Certainly not in... More

They Hyatt experience needs to be more consistent from one property to another. The lobby is nice. The trek from the parking garage is really far, and there was nobody offering to valet or transport me. The pool water was murky and dark and very off putting, which really disappointed me. The room was funky with fixtures that obstructed the... More

The sliding doors on the room facing the highway need to be upgraded to control the noised entering the room. They still have the old metal ones you find at Motels! Otherwise the hotel is well worth the stay!

I stayed for business - this hotel met all of my needs and was well-located for central New Brunswick. The food in the restaurant was pretty good, but overpriced compared to other options a short walk away, including a Starbucks for breakfast. I thought the rooms were fine, the staff was nice, and the fitness center was decent. Paying for... More

Let me start off by mentioning that I stayed here for just one night, so I can't comment on the amenities, restaurants etc. The staff is very pleasant and professional and went out of their way to accommodate. The room was a little off, but the bed was comfortable and the linens very nice. Someone had obviously smoked in my... More

The staff was exceptional - always smiling and ready to help. Especially Terry (Terri) at the front desk. Just delightful. We were part of a large block booking for a wedding - with the typical accompanying chaos. From that perspective they get a 5-star rating. Hotel is also OK, but not at a Hyatt regency standard. Had it been a... More
