I stayed at the Hyatt Regency for four days a part of a corporate training course. They hotel's services for our meetings were great. We had generous amounts of coffee, snacks and meals. I realize that this was all contracted for, but they nevertheless did a great job with it. The room itself was large, comfortable and well appointed. What... More

This hotel is nicer than what I expected to find in New Brunswick. The hotel is quite large. And has an abundance of conference rooms. The hotel is airy and clean. Had food served to the meeting rooms and it was decent/good. The front desk is very helpful. The bar is small as is the convenience shop but serves the... More

Great staff. Nisha, at the front desk, was very thorough and spent the extra time to make sure I would have a quality stay. The room was clean and no problems to speak of. But… this hotel is tired and needs a remodel. Lots of little nicks and bruises that come with age. I was there for a conference and... More

We only stayed here as part of a cost-saving deal via Southwest Airlines, but really enjoyed our stay. The room was very large, had a modern flatscreen tv, loveseat, and ample desk surface space (surface space that we didn't need but would be handy for a business traveler). The front desk was extremely helpful, arranging for various items quite soon... More

My husband and I checked in on Wednesday and are staying until Saturday. This hotel has a grand lobby, very clean and updated room, fantastic gym, pool, and hot tub, and a beautiful bar. What else can you ask for? The beds are extremely cozy as well. The maid service has gone above and beyond just cleaning. They arranged everything... More

Hyatt Regency is an upscale hotel located very convienently in the near the nicer areas of New Brunswick, near several businesses including J&J's HQ, and not too far from Rutger's University. I frequently stay here. I also have easy access to the train which can get me into Newark Airport, NYC, and other locations. There are lots of great restaurants... More

Stayed during recent dance convention. It was easy to get from the rooms to the convention ballrooms. It was convenient to have the food stand near ballrooms for breakfast and lunch. It was quick and easy to get my daughter food on her break. The beds were comfortable and extra towels were provided as needed. The furniture in the room... More

First, the staff seems to be very attentive and customer friendly. And the location for someone wanting a downtown New Brunswick location is ideal. It is close to public transportaion (Amtrak NJ Transit train station, Rutgers Univ. bus service, restaurants (high end and college bar food). My wife and I lodged with a very attractive weekend rate for a downtown... More

We stayed at this hotel recently for a weekend dance competition. The common areas were updated, clean and nice. The rooms on the other hand need some attention, the bathrooms are outdated with the porcelain tile covered in glass, the carpet and decor are dated. Yes there was a flatscreen TV on a dated, damaged dresser. If they were to... More
