My wife and I booked a block of 30 rooms for our out of town wedding guests. There we some major problems with group sales…they had no record of the room block 2 days before the wedding!!! In the end it was all taken care of and some guests has to stay at the hotel next door. They comped us... more

I booked this 3 star hotel on Hotwire and it was great. The room was beautiful, bed was great and very clean. It was like being at home. I will be back to stay here. It had its own restaurant. You also were close to shopping, fast food restaurants and good restaurants. It was close to the main Hwy but... more

The check in process was torturously slow for my small group. The keys and rooms were all confused resulting in none of us knowing where anyone was. The staff, especially the "manager" was alternately rude or indifferent. The most time and attention was spent on denying the bad service or making excuses for it. The air conditioning unit in my... more

I have never written a review like this before, but I had to be sure that people know to avoid this hotel. I stayed at the Wyndham after a wedding. The hotel staff was completely rude, disorganized and incompetent from the time our group checked in until the time we checked out. Checking in was an hugh ordeal. While attempting... more

Really am not sure why the local hotels cost so high there is absolutely nothing in the area worth the high prices you pay for lodging here except for maybe interstate accessibility. Anyway had a fair stay. We stayed with a free room voucher due to another locations inability to process our Wydham Rewards correctly along with messing up our... more

Just returned from an overnight stay at the Wyndham Garden Hotel in Mt. Olive NJ. Since we came in very late after a family celebration we did not find out til the next morning that the sheets were stained and the shower curtain had hair stuck to it.(not ours} We informed the manager, while sympathetic, he acknowledged he was having... more

There are two hotels right at this location, the Wyndham and the Residence Inn. The Wyndham is the better of the two (at a lower price). You can get evening room service (no breakfast room service), and the cafe is very good. The staff here is a couple of notches above most of the local hotels. Rooms are always clean... more

I stayed at the Wyndham Garden from February 18-22 this year - the same period of time I stayed last year. My stay was 10 times better this year as the staff was friendly and extremely helpful - from the front desk telling me about the weather issues to the bar at night time. My room was clean and spacious... more
