I usually stay at Marriott owned hotels as I like the overall quality of the service and rooms. However, upon checking in I noticed that the service was a bit uninviting and more importantly when we got to our room on the 5th floor and turned on the bathroom lights, several small baby cockroaches scattered. Needless to say, we've notified... more

Stayed here over Halloween weekend. Stayed last year at the Westin next door, so I have a little to compare the hotel to others. Easy access from I-295 and NJ Turnpike. Only 20-25 minutes to downtown Philadelphia and Philly's Stadium. Very good service from front desk staff. King Bed room (#718) was clean, and spacious. Very nice flat screen TV,... more

Great say! staff went the extra mile to make sure our stay was enjoyable and comforable! the rooms were clean and we loved the flat screen TV. Thinking that there was a water park there at the hotel...you would think there would be noise...NOPE no noise at all experienced during our stay. The beds are beyonddd comfortable. loved the Bath... more

Mostly clean rooms; little attention to detail in the cleaning process; dark rooms; recently replaced TVs with large flat screen ones; concierge lounge is the best thing about the hotel; front desk staff could use some training; decent hotel, especially for this area, but not up to the standards you expect if you are elite with Marriott more

We were traveling down the NJ turnpike and needed a place to stay. We used Priceline (name your own price) and found ourselves booked at this hotel. What a pleasant surprise! We were put in a large end-of-hall room with a king bed for us and pullout couch for the kid. It was more like a suite. The bed was... more

Stayed at this hotel on June 26 for one night. We asked for a quiet room on an upper floor. We were given a room behind an elevator. Needless to say, we did not sleep all night, but listened to the elevator going up and down. People getting off the elevator were talking very loud and children were yelling. The... more

Our family stays frequently at Marriotts across the country, and were looking forward to this Father's-Day weekend overnight stay with CocoKey water park package. The hotel had been a Radisson up until a few years ago, and (living locally), we'd watched and read about the major renovation that had occurred to "transform" the building into a Marriott. This visit left... more

Not as nice as other Marriott properties but the rooms were clean and the location was great. Here is what we found good and not so good: The Good: Very convenient to the NJ Turnpike. Close to Philadelphia Lots of restaurants in Cherry Hill about a 5 minute drive away Clean room The indoor waterpark and arcade was great for... more

My wife, two-year old daughter and I just returned from the Mount Laurel Marriott and Coco Key Water Resort and had a great mini-vacation. The hotel is conveniently located seconds off the New Jersey Turnpike. Check-in was a breeze and the room was clean and well-maintained. The water resort is ideal for children 10 and under. I feared overcrowding within... more

I stayed at the Marriott Mount Laurel this weekend and was very satisfied. I had to drive back to DC from NY but I didn't want to do the whole drive late at night, so I pricelined a hotel in the Mount Laurel/Cherry Hill zone to break up the trip, and I got the Marriott for $60. The hotel was... more
