Front desk staff was good, they helped me with an early check-in. Bedding was comfortable and room service was quick. The room was large but so was the crack in the mirror over the desk. It was glued but looked unsafe.

This is a typical Westin, great beds especially. We'd slept the night before on the Auto Train, so we really appreciated the Westin Heavenly Bed. We are Starwood loyalists, so we usually stay at Westin or Sheraton. This one was only 7,000 SPG points which makes it 4 stars, maybe 3. We asked for and got an upgrade to the... More

Even though the Westin beds are comfy, the heat blowing on you all night is not very relaxing. Room service never picked up the order card from our door so we had to call down in the morning for our pricey breakfast. They were accommodating however, with an early check in.

Two years ago I would have given the Westin 5 stars easily, but it's gone down hill lately. This is (was) my go-to place when I'm in town for work because it's 5 minutes from my office and a quick drive into Center City. Also, there's a lot of bars, resteraunts, and places to chill close by (the elbow room... More

An inverse-proportion law of hotels: the more space reserved for functions (weddings, conventions, meetings, etc.), the less care are given the rooms above. My room (on the 6th floor) was missing a lightbulb on a bedside table lamp. The requested "king bed" morphed into two full-sized beds. Full sized? I didn't know that hotels still even had that size, a... More

My friends and I attended a women's retreat at this venue, so I did not select the hotel as I usually do. I was pleasantly surprised by the luxurious furnishings, super comfy bed, well appointed bathroom and huge window. It was an enjoyable weekend and I recommend it highly.

Last time I stayed at the Westin Mt. Laurel, I had a terrible experience. This time was significantly better. It still wasn't a four-star experience, but it was fine. The good news: The facility has been renovated and, for the most part, doesn't look as threadbare as when we were there last. The Heavenly beds were great. The new shower... More

I have stayed at the Westin in Mt. Laurel many times over the last 5 years. There was a time a stopped staying there due to 3 stays in a row where we had the fire alarm go off and had to spend quite a bit of time outside including middle of the night. They had a water damage issue... More

Fair value overall. But this is a 'Starwood' in need of some attention. Most specifically, the mattress in our room needed to be replaced. Worn out, so 'hammock' like sleeping as a result. Since sleep is key to a stay, this is a must re-do. Hallways are noisy/loud even if people are talking at usual octaves. Buffet breakfast is well... More
