It was amazing that to use wireless Internet you had to $10 for both IPad and again$10 for a laptop. Also limited range available for breakfast, the gym had treadmills but not much else.

I stayed 2 nights at the Westin Mount Laurel for a wedding, and had a wonderful stay.
I had never been to Mount Laurel, so I was worried about the area and not sure if we'd be stuck at a less-than-great hotel.
The hotel feels like it was just renovated, with modern accents and a contemporary feel. Our room was...

Nice place, no competition in area except courtyard which is always booked. Always a problem with room keys working, but a solid choice for the area.

It may not have much personality, but this property delivers a pleasant stay. Rooms are comfortable, nicely furnished, and have typical Westin decor. Bathrooms are nothing special, a bit dark, but clean and well supplied with amenities.
The restaurant is open until 10, but the adjacent bar stays open later. I found the restaurant's food about average. Service was pleasant...

I want to thank you for taking the time to submit your review to TripAdvisor. The honest and frank assessment of the guest is always appreciated. I have made note of your comments regarding the lighting in the guest room and food in the restaurant will be sure to share them with the team here at the Westin so that...

My wife and I arrived at the Westin on Friday night and stayed through Sunday (just 2 nights)...we were in the Moorestown area for a wedding the weekend before Thanksgiving. The hotel staff were very friendly, quick to please and accommodating...nothing negative at all to say about them. The room was VERY nice on the Preferred Guest floor (even though...

I visited this WESTIN during Thanksgiving week for four horrible days for both business and family event. We rented three rooms, and I must say it was the first and worst WESTIN that I have ever stayed in across many states and international.
As a business traveler I am accustomed to the WESTIN and Starwood hotel standards. I only choose...

To Ms. Alverado,
As the GM of the Westin Mount Laurel I want to again apologize for the poor level of service that you experienced during your stay. As I stated in my previous email communication with you there was no excuse for you and your guests having not received the level of service that you expected and should have...

Stayed one night, using combination of points from Starwood affiliation credit card and dollars. Frankly, the photos of the exterior of the hotel are accurate – from outside it is just downright ugly. Inside, hotel is quite different. Lobby is small but nicely appointed. We got a standard room with king bed on the “Starwood Preferred Guest” floor. Very comfortable...

A pretty average Westin. Contemporary furnishings, friendly staff, spacious rooms, a decent bar. There were a couple weird issues associated with housekeeping, including the fact that my minibar was about half-full when I checked in and stayed that way for a couple days.

No matter how hard I try, can't say anything bad about this place. We were there for a basketball tournament in Philly and picked this hotel because we used to live nearby. Actually, we'd stayed in the building before (several hotel chains have been through the property over the years). Even though we knew the age of the building, you'd...

Stayed here for a wedding. Staff was very friendly, helpful, rooms were quiet and nice. We would stay here again.
