the title says it all, everything about the hotel was just off. I stayed there with some other friends and everyone felt the same way. it did not live up to westin standards, and definitely was not the best value. front desk was not up to par in service. it seem the hotel was understaffed and not a well trained... We used our SPG points to boom a few nights stay. Rooms were a great size, we got to enjoy the benefits of our gold status by using the club lounge to enjoy breakfast and evening snacks. We also tried the breakfast buffet in the main restaurant which was delicious. Hotel is located near two malls and close to the... More

I recently had a brunch for 30 people. The staff was excellent. I brought flowers in a midnight and the staff was accommodating in placing them in the room. Along with adding another table is the number of guests increased. Could not believe this could be accomplished at midnight. The brunch was wonderful and staff very accommodating.

I am so disappointed to write a bad review for this hotel but it's seriously gone downhill. First it starts with the reservation. I called a week or so ahead of time and tried too book one night with points and the other night on CC. Well it seems that I was speaking another language b/c no one from the... More

This hotel is a cut above what you normally find in the suburbs. Spacious, newly refurbished room was a welcome delight after a tough day. Updated decor and comfortable beds. Bathroom was adequate.....nicer vanity, upgraded shower head, decent towels but a bit small with lower ceiling. Attractive lobby with nice restaurant for breakfast, etc. All in all, very good choice... More

If you're looking for a four-star option in the Mount Laurel area, this Westin is a good one. Some minor issues - bathroom sink drained slowly, the wallpaper behind the desk was peeling a bit - but it's still a Westin and a good upscale hotel. Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, overall feel of the hotel is good,... More

Stayed at westin so many times that addressed me and my son by name. We got there and they lost our reservations. We lost of preferred floor stays and had to get another room. They did give us free wifi and all was well. after coming in at 11pm our entire room was a mess it hadn't been cleaned. we... More

Oh good lord. From the outside, it looks like a cell block. Parking is in the back, and then you have to figure out how the hell to get back to the lobby. After walking into the first room, my husband called the front desk because the overhead light was burned out, the sink in the bathroom was clogged, and... More

This is such a high quality hotel but there's little bits and pieces that make it frustrating. For example, they have a beautiful indoor pool and hot tub but It's silly to have to ask someone at the front desk to get into the pool. A staff member has to swipe you in. Your key card doesn't open the door... More

This hotel really fell below what I thought the Westin name represented. It looked nice from the outside but was banged up inside. Our key cards were a nightmare. Sometimes they worked, most times they didn't. The faucet in the bathroom was crooked and askew...so was the toilet paper holder. The shower curtain was too short so the floor got... More
