We stayed here for a weekend trip and were generally satisfied. Check in was a little rocky (our keys didn't work and it was COLD), but staff was very apologetic and fixed the problem promptly. We were put in one of their newly renovated buildings and were impressed with the room. Everything was clean, sturdy, and comfortable. Finally got blackout... More

Hello Michael M. Thank you for your recent review! I am so sorry you had issue with your keys; especially when its cold out-you and I both hate the cold and its an inconvenience to have to come all the way back. Glad to hear the front desk was courteous and resolved the issue. Also glad you liked our newly... More

Stay away from this location at all cost, it is absolutely terrible!!! At check in for a long term stay I get to my room to find someone in there. Yes that is correct!! Someone already in the room reserved for me When I brought that to the manager's attention her response was "well you received a good rate." On... More

To Scotch1958: Please accept my sincerest apologies on your overall feeling from your stay with us. I was saddened to read your review as I felt as though in our interactions I offered several resolutions to your issue you had mentioned directly. This is somewhat different from your review so I wanted to clear things up so I can make... More

My family and I have been staying here for several years to meet and celebrate the holidays the week between Christmas and New Years. We rent 3 rooms for 3 nights and couldn't imagine a more accommodating location. The short comings from last year's lobby remodeling and 'less than competent' staff have been corrected. The front desk employee, Michael, was... More

Staff: courteous & accomodating. Lobby: clean & relatively current. Breakfast: food was good, but space was somewhat crowded and the layout was awkward because the omlette station is smack in the middle of the serving space creating an environment difficult to navigate with a plate of food and children. Rooms: really need to be updated, about a 4 on a... More

Excellent front desk staff, coffee, the highlight. But my living room in most areas was beat up, frayed, stained and the kitchen also in need of updating. The range needed immediate replacement. Trash sat outside of my room and open window for hours until I asked it be removed and the cleaning was just ok. The grounds were littered with... More

I stayed at this property for 2 nights in late Aug. while the property has no elevator, the front desk staff was very helpful; Sojay even lent a hand carrying our heavy bags up the stairs. The other issue with all these properties is during breakfast time, when it is crawling with people, especially towards the end of breakfast period.... More

Staying here for the last 3 weeks (and who knows how much longer) while our house is being fixed. The layout of the room is great, very spacious, and if you're staying for a long time it's convenient to have separate areas so its not claustrophobic. The bed is OK, not terrible but not very comfortable either. My biggest complaint... More

Just returned from a 3 night business trip. Very dirty, and noisy. Stayed in building 12 on the second floor. The stairs going up to the room were dirty (cigarette butts, bottle caps, other small trash). Noise from the room below was very loud. Entry to the ground floor had dirty sheets piled on the floor. The room itself had... More

Staying two nights here .... it was a nice suite we were in (building 7 i think). There were a few small maintenance issues from a leaky shower head .. to a tub drain not plugging .... but the repair folk got right on it thank you!!. The beds were wicked comfy ... the common room was a nice place... More

I wouldn't stay any where else when visiting the area. The hotel is a home away from home. I was there I think 5 or 6 days I didn't want to leave. They are made like apartments to you have plenty of privacy. The breakfast was good. The only problem I had was with the maids knocking on the door... More
