Will stay again when in Mount Laurel, NJ. Food is excellent, staff is extremely helpful whether behind the desk or the hallway. Clean room and plenty of space to spread out or meet with other colleagues. Like the desk chairs too.

The room which we were assigned was already occupied with someone else's personal effects when we opened the door. When we returned to the front desk, they were totally confused how this occurred and merely gave us another room on another floor. They did apologize but I cannot understand how this could happen. In my opinion this is a major... More

The lobby and public areas are similar to any HGI-- clean, well-lit and nicely decorated. The room was a different story. The bed was THE most uncomfortable hotel bed I've had the displeasure of sleeping on. It's "adjustable" but the change didn't make the bed anymore bearable. The pillows are super flimsy and uncomfortable. The doors slam shut heavily and... More

The staff is generally pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was quite good. The pool area seemed well-designed. Although the room was nicely updated, the bed was uncomfortable, and I was roused out of sleep several times by the noisy doors which sound like vaults when they close. The Cracker Barrel nearby is convenient.

We stayed for two nights to see Steve Hackett's Genesis Revisited shows at The Scottish Rite Auditorium. Fresh, clean room. Easy access from interstate, Attentive staff. Fresh coffee in the lobby. Refreshing pool and hot tub. We did not get to the restaurant, but enjoyed the Cracker Barrel next door. Staff was very friendly and housekeeping kept our room spotless.... More

Developed significant back/neck pain due to very uncomfortable bed and pillows. Otherwise, the facility was nice, though I didn't spend much time there. Staff were very helpful in helping me to find my way to the various sites I had to visit during this business trip. If the comfort of the bed issue is corrected, I would definitely stay at... More

The hotel accomodated every request by our company and made the stay extremely satisfying. The staff assured that you were properly serviced at all times. Each representative always asked if there was any additional service that could be provided and went out of their way to accomodate.

Horrible mildew smell in all rooms!!! After realizing that the first room smelled awful, we told the the very nice evening manager let us try another room - then two more. We were traveling with two small kids and were too tired to contemplate going to another hotel. We finally settled on one room that was slightly better but still... More

An easy to get to location and a typical hotel of this type. Lots of well lit parking. Only a few spaces out front so you should check in first before parking. This way you don't have to walk around from the back of the building with your luggage. Once you have your key there are lots of access doors.
