We were on a road trip with our toddler son to the Woodbury Common mall. We finished our shopping and stayed one night at the Sheraton Mahwah. On the map, it looked very isolated so, I wasn't expecting much. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised. The hotel is located in an office tower. The first 11 floors are offices and from... more

I stayed one very brief night at the Mahwah Sheraton while on business. This hotel is up to par with other fine 4-star hotels in every way. The room was very tastefully decorated, bed was extremely comfortable, and everything was extremely clean and fresh smelling. There are upscale toiletries and Starbucks coffee for the in-room coffee maker. The breakfast buffet... more

This is an amazing hotel. Its like a skyscraper in NYC or something. Way to many floors to count. Biggest building in town probably. Room was amazing. Room service was way overpriced, as was most everything there. Im glad I didnt have to pay for this room out of my own pocket. Right off I287/87 and about 50 minutes from... more

Lobby area is very sterile, but nice staff and very good rooms. Didn't get a chance to use the amenities or restaurants. more

I recently had occasion to stay at the Sheraton Mahwah for 7 contiguous nights while in the NY/NJ for business and, overall, it was a great experience. The hotel is an interesting place as it is half office complex and half hotel. The bottom floors seem to be offices while the top is dedicated to hotel rooms - the top... more

I stayed in Mahwah for 3 nights on business. I found the property to be extremely clean and the rooms were very spacious. Check-in was a breeze and the restaurant has a terrific lobster pasta!!! I found this property was just a few $$ more than the smaller hotels in the area but they have free shuttle service to local... more

Since I joined the SPG program, most of my hotel stays in the last few years were either with Sheraton or Westin. In my honest opnion, some of the Sheraton hotels are really dated. However, for the ones that have been renovated, the furnishing are modern and the rooms come with flat planel tv. I booked this hotel without checking... more

We have just returned from 2 nights at The Sheraton. The outside of the hotel is gorgeous. Inside was a different story. We asked that our room be changed when we found stains on the bedspreads and chipped wood furniture in the room. The next room was slightly better. They are undergoing renovations which they desperately need. The pool was... more

This hotel has a very good location for shopping lovers. Also looks very nice from outside and there is no hint for what you will got inside. We had a reservation for the club floor ,it includes room and breakfast+hors d'ovres in the afternoon. But in this place nobody heard about these advantages and all the time we had to... more

What a wonderful stay! The staff did a great job of greeting us upon arrival and made us feel welcome the whole stay. They gave a good tip about the covered parking lot behind the hotel - definitely recommend if it calls for rain. The room was a good size and it was very bright and clean. As with other... more
