We just returned from our stay at the Homewood Suites in Mahwah NJ. I have to say, it was a wonderful trip. We arrived on Friday afternoon, and we were quickly greeted by 2 clerks. The hotel is in a very quiet area. Reception was very welcoming and although they were having trouble with getting some of the electronic keys we did get some chocoloate cookies to compensate. Rooms: Superb, clean, big, with all the amenities required. These rooms are in the same league as those found in 5-star hotels. The pics on the hotel website are accurate. Since our childreln live in the area, we always stay at the Homewood. The rooms are spacious, quiet...they have a gym, a pool during the summer, and a full breakfast. We highly recommend staying there. But we do like to stay on the 3rd floor. Forgot to ask this time and someone was doing a lot of marching around above... more

We stayed at the Hilton Homesuites Mahwah, and thought the whole experience was wonderful, the service was excellent, breakfast was great. Clean hotel, and so friendly. Children loved the pool! Hotel personnel were so friendly, and helpful. Would definitle go back to this hotel. more
