The Junior Suite was beautiful! Fireplace warmed the room up excellently. Spiral staircase, loft, chandelier, and whirlpool tub...all wonderful. The private bath made for a more comfortable stay. AND we saved on the room by booking in January. Priceline, I think? I would love to come back in the spring; it seems like it would be beautiful!

Stayed two nights in one of the barn suites - beautiful and very comfortable accommodations. Main inn especially festive during the Christmas season. Breakfast that is included is filling with an appetizing presentation. Alpacas love to be fed and are very cute.

First time at a b&b. Had a little trouble getting in because you need a code to get into the main house. Apparently they called us with the info but we were at a wedding and didn't get the message until after. Checked in and was a little disappointed that there was no one there to greet us or give... This B & B out classes any I have seen. Worth of a travel magazine feature. The barn suites are wonderfully furnished including spa tub and gas log fireplaces. Climb the spiral staircase to the bedroom loft and rest your soul in the most comfortable bedroom on the planet. This B & B is also a working alpaca farm which... More

My wife and I had our first child and decided to stay local since it was our first night away from him. We had never been to New Hope and have heard great things. At first we planned on spending the day in New Hope looking at the local shops and eating dinner on the river. However, that day we... More

We planned just one night at this B&B and were somewhat relieved it was only one night. The place is nice enough. The lady that checked us in was grumpy, the window in our room didn't open, and the overall ease of getting the place was somewhat poor. The grounds are lovely and the alpacas cute as hell. Breakfast was... More

Overall a bit shabby. We saw a few rooms because we weren't happy with the room we originally booked. Opted for a suite in the barn which was the best of the lot but still not great. Comfy bed but leatherette coach, poor lighting, bath that had tiles sloppily repaired, back door that did not lock.. You get the picture.... More

We enjoyed the little Buttercup Room with a small private veranda, where we played cards. The room opens into a very nice conference room. So if there is no meeting, it's like having a suite! All the people were so nice, and the breakfast was good. There was a problem with the ac being a bit too cold, which was... More

I can only vouch that there are the most tenderest alpacas available right by the Inn that are an adjunct to the property. I see it as an amazing advertisement for the beauty of the property. There were two heavy wrought iron chairs,I believe, that was their consistency by which to hang out right in front of the several present.... More

My friend and I stayed here this July during our yearly pilgrimage to Lambertville to acquire antiques we don't have space for in our city apartments. The building was gorgeous and our room (No. 2, on the second-ish) floor, was clean and extremely cozy. The alpacas are wonderful, and so was the breakfast. This was a scenic, relaxing 15 minute...
