I stayed at the Hyatt Regency on the Hudson with my parents and brother on April 29-May1st 2012. We arrived early therefore our room was not ready; however the hotel staff was very pleasant and offered to take our bags while we waited in the lounge area. We sat in the lounge and watched the boat taxi's take people back... More

This Hyatt puts up a good front but is very lacking when it comes to the real deal. Long wait to check in; tedious multi attempts to connect to Internet; room not ready late in the day; very long delivery from request for checked bag to delivery. None of these are that bad but stacked up leaves a very bad... More

The Hyatt is a very good hotel for those looking for affordable luxury. Believe me, it is well worth opting to stay here rather than paying potentially a ton more for a room in Manhattan. The views of the city from the pier in front of the hotel is stunning. My favorite was the direct view of the new Freedom/World... More

This hotel has large rooms, fine amenities and helpful/eager staff. I travel to NYC every two weeks and could not find a room below $400 in the city, so I braved the Hudson river in search of a hidden gem. It isnt quite a gem...but if you can deal with the PATH train into the city that is packed like... More

We stayed here for 2 nights, when we arrived the staff were very helpful. We were shown to our room, which was very clean. The hotel sent us up complementary fruit and cheese board and a bottle of wine which was fabulous as we had just got engaged. The bed was very comfy, and slept extremely well. View was amazing... This wonderful hotel has been my favorite place to stay when I travel to NYC. With the Path station within 200 feet of the Hotel Entrance, it is an easy 5 min ride to NYC. This hotel has some of the best views of the Skyline of NYC at Night and in the Day time. Rooms are impeccable but make... More

I'm looking out the window at my view of the Statue of Liberty enjoying the complimentary chocolate chip cookies and milk (Hyatt Platinum status has its privileges...) thinking, "What could be better?" The answer was sunset overlooking the Manhattan skyline from the on-site restaurant. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to exchange pleasantries. The pool... More

We checked in later than expected and were surprised at the attentive service at such a late hour. The room was beautiful and had a great view. The location is perfect. 3 minute train ride to Manhattan… We came down to breakfast and the food and service were amazing. The staff actually spent time getting to know us and made... More

The staff here was exceptionally attentive and friendly. The hotel itself is in a bizarre location (unless you are doing business in lower Manhattan or Jersey City), but it sits on top of the PATH station so you can easily get to where you want to go (with a little patience and transfers to the subway). What sets this hotel... More
