We always book the same room- a corner suite which entails a king size room with lounge on the corner of the hotel with another a ajoining room to the lounge, with wet bar area there is one on each corner of the hotel. This was a great hotel...clean rooms, hospitable staff, extremely close to the convenient PATH train station, and all of the amenities you come to expect from a mid-level chain hotel. For the same price, a hotel in midtown or Chelsea was rated a 2-star at best. If you don't mind a 30-minute subway ride to midtown, you should consider this... more

After a first stay in Manhattan, we decided to spent 2 nights outside the center of NY and went to Jersey City. A very good choice indeed with a very beautifull view on the skykine of Manhattan. Our room had a view on the Hudson and was really peacefull. My best choice to stay in NY despite the location outside... more

Our second visit to New York and wanted to stay outside Manhattan this trip. We picked the Hyatt after reading the reviews. The Hotel was very clean and the rooms were very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and polite. The Hotel is located right next to the PATH station which gives you easy access to the WTC area or... more

This is a 4* hotel by the riverside with a killing view. Service is top notch even though we had encountered some problems with our room keys. It took a couple of trips to have them fixed but they did finally got it to work. We were offered complimentary B/F for the inconvenience without having to asked for it. We... more

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and it was the best experience ever. The staff was friendly, the room was nice and elegant and the location of the hotel was great. The PATH station was infront of the lobby and all in all the hotel was in a clean and nice location. We even went with a ferry... more

Location was excellent, across the street from the PATH station. Room had a good view of the Manhattan skyline. The room was clean, quiet and had the usual amenities. Hotel could have stocked more towels though. We arrived late and front desk knew of no place closeby and open to get antihystamines. Parking valet was great with directions. Room was... more

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Jersey City on May 12 for a conference and everything was perfect except for the two hours of phone calls to tech support and hotel management to get the wifi to work. Everyone was exceptionally helpful but it was a huge inconvenience to me to have to waste all that time when I could... more

A family of 5, we stayed here and enjoyed easy access to Manhattan. Its a short walk to the PATH train. The views of the city are stunning. The pool was fun. The staff was friendly and all were eager to help us experience New York. The staff seemed to love the city. This was a great hotel. The weekend... more

We (family of four) stayed for ten days in two rooms: NY skyline/Hudson river-view and the other with Statue of Liberty/Hudson river-view. Stunning day and night, clean air. Beds comfy, fine powershower, fridge, iPod dock alarm clock and USA Today. Location: opposite Ground Zero, easy access with PATH-trainstation next door. WTC PATH-station is within walking distance of Chinatown, SoHo, Little... more
