This hotel has excellent service and clean ,safe, comftorable, if not slightly dull rooms. Check in was absolutely excellent and they provided us an upgrade to a suite just for being a Marriott rewards member which I highly appreciated. The manager was able to give us locations around town as to where to eat and what to do since we... More

I liked to stay in here. I stay about 1 months. Renaissance Staffa are good. They are helping me to find a halal food, give a guidence on this area. They always talk to me to make sure I'm comfortable and not feel lonely while i stayed in here. I give 5 stars to Franklin, Forsek, Ramesh and Harish. They... More

Good, standard hotel - not bad, but nothing special. Location convenient if you have business nearby, but otherwise it's at a busy road junction and there is nowhere to walk from the hotel. Woodbridge Mall is nearby. Rooms are a good size, and acceptably furnished. Service clearing the corridors is slow, food trays and glasses left for long periods of... More

This is a very serene hotel. The colors are loud but the hotel is quiet. The indoor pool area is comfortable and relaxing even if you're not there to go in the water. The fitness center is well equipped. Location is good. You can drive 10 minutes to the train station, park for free, and take a 50 minute ride... More

We were here for two nights, meeting with several clients. The hotel was in a good place for us. The surrounding dining excellent. As gold Marriott, we were allowed to use the club room for breakfast which was excellent. We found the staff at reception and in the club room pleasant and helpful.

I spent a single night in this hotel this past weekend (coincidentally over Valentine's Day). Overall, the experience was pretty good, the staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean. Upon entering both me and my girlfriend noted the very modern furniture in the restaurant and the lobby, as well as throughout most of the common spaces. I was pleasantly... More

I had an unfortunate situation with a leak in my room and had a very difficult time with the management to be moved to another room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The management is not responsive to the needs of their guests. I made a formal complaint to Mariott regarding the management, and they stated that the... More

Tried to check in a 3AM in the morning. Hotel staff was terrible. I stayed in many Marriott properties in New Jersey. i never stayed at this one so i figured "give it a try". bad idea. i didn't check- in, i just left and when to a usual Marriott property that i use. $50 million dollars in renovation means... Ignore the negative reviews some others have posted as I don't believe them after our stay here. This hotel is extremely modern, updated, clean and comfortable. Their beds and pillows are the most comfortable I have ever experienced in a hotel, and I have stayed at some high end hotels before. The staff is very friendly, parking is very close... More

Stayed here because rates were lower than other area hotels (advertised $109.00). Room was quite nice, but was 100 yds from the elevator (seemed strage, considering hotel was virtually empty around Christmas. On first day, housekeeing showed up after 5 p.m. to make up room. Restaurant's breakfast buffet ($16) featured COLD scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon. Resaturant advertised Starbuck's coffee,... More
