I stay at Woodbridge a couple of times a year. Over the last couple of years the rooms did seem a little tired. The rebranding as a Renaissance has refreshed the rooms. I had an upgrade to the Exec floor. The room has an Oriental theme, large LCD TV and very comfortable bed. The reception is very smart. The bar... more

An excellent hotel with a superb staff. Nice rooms, clean, decent bathrooms, outstanding room cleaning service. One complaint: air-conditioning units are inside the rooms, creating a loud in-room environment. The restaurant on-site is decent, there are several good restaurants close by. One exception: breakfast at the restaurant is excellent, the buffet staff keeps the food fresh. The hotel is a... more

Last time I stayed here the hotel was a Sheraton and I gave it a 3 star rating. This time it is has been declassified from a Sheraton and I have increased my rating to 4 stars. As the previous reviewer wrote, the hotel is in the middle of an extensive refurbishment and so the lobby is just a desk... more

I've stayed at the (formerly) Woodbridge Sheraton a few times in the past and always had a pleasant stay. However, it is currently undertaking refurbishments as it is being de-branded from a Sheraton & will be taken over by, I believe, Renaissance, later in the year. This means that at the present time half of the hotel is effectively 'blocked... more

Stayed here for one night on business because the Hilton was full. I stayed on the 5th floor which the friendly bellman told me had just been renovated. He was right - work had been done there. You could tell because the workers left pieces of grout, plaster handprints, and dirt in the room. Not sure why housekeeping can't see... more

I am a tourist from other country and I stayed over one week on late May. I've never seen this kind of hotel, especially their "attitude". They locked our room and not let us get in when we came back from outside. They said we must wait for our guide coming back (we were a group). Ridiculously! We talked to... more

I only spent one night, but was pleased with the room, work desk, and especially the free wireless internet. Upon checking in they said I was scheduled to arrive the night before, but that didn't prove to be a problem. (Note: The hotel was picked for me by the business I was visiting and so I don't know where the... more

I have to tell you, I have stayed at various Sheraton locations in the past so I was going into my stay with certain expectations. The entire process turned into a bigger and bigger headache and now I am waiting for someone to correct an inaccurate amount charged to my credit card! There were so much incompetence with respect to... more

We stayed (4 adults) for one night in early February, as we had a family function to attend. I chose this hotel because we are able to use points, it had gotten good reviews, and because of the location to where he had to go. Check in was very easy, and the staff was very helpful. We arrived late but... more

Contacted hotels directly on the starwood site and it indicated there were no rooms available. Went out to hotels.com and there were plenty of rooms. When I got there they indicated that they were about 50% occupied. Found that interesting. The restaurants are over priced and not very good. Rooms are usual Sheraton rooms - comfortable enough. They have a... more
