1) smokey smelling hotel room 2) very noisy hallway, room next door, till 3-4 in morning. didn't feel like I was at a highly rated hotel at all. 3) did not appreciate standing in two feet of water while taking a shower

Just a mediocre hotel. Dont expect anything of Hilton. The TVs, aircons, toilet seats,. all in worn out condition. The location is awful. There is absolutely nothing around. They atleast provided shuttle service to the nearby mall. Overall there was nothing great to talk about. This is just a decent hotel for a short business stay.

For my daughter and I, first trip to NY, we stayed at this hotel and we loved it!! Beds were very comfy, room was clean and perfect. Loved the pool and good breakfasts...will definitely go back again!

Convenient location, close to Metropark, so very easy for me to take the train from MA to visit family and stay here; and to get into Manhattan. Very clean and comfortable. Great pool and fitness center. Delightful desk staff. Awesome weekend rates.

Upgraded room was large, but sparsely furnished with old beat-up furniture. Sound transfer between rooms unacceptable, even though the family next door was quiet. Bed was very comfortable; large screen TV good. Bathroom ok, shower pressure excellent.

They are too busy on their phone with their friends to check you in, and you have to cross your fingers you will have a made bed to sleep in.
