I usually stay at IHG brands and let me tell you, this was one of the best Holiday Inns I have every satyed at. The front desk staff was very helpful throughout my stay and thats whats called customer service, I would always see a smile on their faces and were very welcoming. Long story short, I would recommend this... more

Stayed at the Holiday Inn in Hazlet this past weekend and really enjoyed my stay. The staff was nice and accommodating. The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable and the showers were large. The rooms have a sofa and coffee table in them, which is nice, not like places that have rooms with just a bed. I would stay... more

We arrived about 1am, with our 4 small children , 2 of them infants. The desk clerk was very nice, and made sure we had everything we needed in our room, including 3 cribs, so we didn't have to lug them out of the car. My husband took the grand tour of the hotel shortly after and was very impressed... more

I found the hotel to be very clean with new and well maintained furniture and the price to be very reasonable when compared to other shore hotels during the peak season. The location wasn't ideal for me but the competitive price made it very attractive and the accommodations exceeded my expectations for a hotel in this class. more

Paid about $71 a night so can't complain too much but some of the disappointing features were: Room was much smaller than I anticipated. Hotel was generally smelly especially the elevator which had a lingering mustiness. No wireless access although it was advertised as a feature. Front desk told me wireless only in the lobby and lounge which was not... more

I frequent this hotel approximately 2 nights per month, and I can say they are my family away from home. This hotel is clean and friendly, and can accommodate virtually any request. The restaurant/lounge staff is equally as generous and cordial. more

We stayed here once before and were not very happy. This time around was so much better. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way for our group, which made our stay wonderful. We especially loved the new beds and bedding that the gal at the front desk was quick to point out after we told her... more

My wedding day is supposed to be best day of my life. Dealing with various vendors and all those stresses...who would have guessed that the hotel would be the worst vendor to deal with? After making several calls to the hotel and not getting call backs, I showed up and was treated very poorly by a gentleman there who handles... more
