Upon check in, buses of young students pulled in and the staff seemed less than pleased. I can see why, they were loud and obnoxious. Stayed there with my daughter for 3 nights. Huge room with a view of Manhattan for less than $100 a night. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was impeccable. This hotel was arranged by an opaque booking service after a glitch in a reservation elsewhere. Upon arrival I was advised that there was a $10 parking fee. A very average hotel in almost every category. Stay here occasionally for business...front desk personally can be friendly or not...usually takes longer than expected to check in...no recognition of Diamond Status...resturaunt service is good.
