This review is well overdue. We have stayed at the Everit House a couple of DOZEN times! We are huge fans of this beautiful historic, immaculate peice of history. A few years ago, it was my first experience at a bed and breakfast. I travel often for business and personal and I have always stayed in very fine hotels; 5... More

We had a nice stay at The Everitt House. The Inn is beautifully decorated and unique. The bed was comfy and the room was very nice. Bev was very pleasant. We enjoyed having breakfast on the porch. Our only problem was the guests above us were noisy and played loud music. Bev took care of that right away for us.... More

We traveled to Hackettstown for a wedding at David's County Inn and decided to stay at the Everitt House after hearing rave reviews from family members who've stayed there. Bev is a wonderful innkeeper who made us feel right at home. Breakfast was fantastic and cooked to order, and the house is beautifully restored and decorated. We'll definitely be staying... More

We stayed at the Everitt House B and B on January 4-5, 2014. Awesome inn, great innkeepers and very welcoming puppy. The inn is lovely, the room delightful (the radiator heat is tremendous) and the breakfast delicious. The blueberry pancakes were yummy. We will return for a longer stay and explore the town. Great B and B! Jeanne and Bob... More

We were so very pleasantly surprised by how well this place has been restored and maintained. The owner Beverly is very warm and welcoming. Her tips for places to visit in the area were very much appreciated. Although we only stayed for one evening as we were passing through, it was a great place to spend an evening. We felt... More

We stayed in the Family Suite for 3 nights at the Everitt House Bed and Breakfast because this was the closest place to stay to The Land of Make Believe and boy we were so happy to have chosen this place. Beverly is the nicest hostess on the planet. Her pancakes are the best!! Blueberry, chocolate chip and plain it... More

Beautiful, well-maintained, great attention to detail, comfy bedding. Innkeeper Beverly is very welcoming, friendly, and warm. Wonderful fresh baked banana bread available at all times! We felt right at home and highly recommend the Everitt House!

Our family of 6 traveled from NC & VA on April 20, 2013 to visit our son & his family in Hackettstown. The Everitt House was perfect for us(the grandparents), our 2 daughters & one grandson and our sister-law. Beverly situated us wonderfully with my husband & myself having a room right across from my sister-law on a private end... More

We stayed in the Empire room on April 20th and it was a nice, old-fashioned room with a really comfortable queen-size bed and a regular-sized tub w/shower. It wasn't the nicest b&b we've ever stayed in (didn't have all the extra amenities like a jacuzzi tub, fireplace in room and snacks and drinks available at all times, that's why I... More

I stayed at the inn on April 13th since my husband was hiking the Appalachian Trail and I was visiting my daughter who lives in Hackettstown. The room was so cozy and the host couldn't be more gracious! The Empire Room is the epitome of the Victorian Era and met all of my needs as a solo traveler. Beverly made... More
