Great Place to stay! Very Affordable, and well maintained property! Very professional staff! Close to buses, shopping, and other things. Only year round campground I could find near the NYC area. HIghly recommend.

I don't know what all the complaints were about the restrooms. It was modern, clean, and above all "heated" in November. Having gone through boy scout camp when I was young I can tell you these bathrooms were the Hilton compared to that horror of an outhouse. My family and I stayed there last weekend and had a good time.... More

We stayed there four nights...we were visiting family in the area. It's a typical campground, nothing special. The pool was closed for the season so we can't comment on that. Laundry room was clean. Never used the restrooms. We had made reservations for our return trip for one night on Oct 13 months ago when we booked the four-night stay.... More

I stayed in one of the cabins for a week, and rented a tent site for just one night. I found the staff to be very kind and helpful, and made our stay a really good one. The pool was very, very clean as were the bathrooms and laundry rooms. The grounds were immaculate, and I always saw people going around... More

I would never return to this place. The bathrooms were very dirty. Their cleanup in the bathrooms was sweeping. I took a shower and dropped a small bit of toothpaste in the shower and 4 days later it was still there. They claimed to have wifi but you could never connect. The people working in the office (not sure if... More

Lots of trees and shade, fairly large sites, but the access roads to the campsites are tight. Difficult to back in our 5th wheel, with a unit across the road. But otherwise, a very nice park, with plenty to do. If we're back this way, we would stay here again.

I have been staying at Pine Cone Campground for 2 weeks now and love it! The grounds are well kept and pretty. There is a big pool that is very clean and well maintained. The kids play area and sports and recreation fields are also well maintained. This is a nice family campground and I will recommend to others. Roxanne... More

Don't be scared away by all the negative reviews! I'm so glad we took a chance with this place. We had such a nice long weekend here. The pool is huge & the playground is immaculate. There's basketball, tennis, soccer, baseball, horseshoes, a huge open field to play on & only a 15 minute drive to sixflags. The sites are... More

Don't let the first impression fool you. When you first drive in, you get the feeling you are going in to a very nice campground....NOT! Bathrooms were nasty. Wifi was very unreliable. No sewage. Dump station was NASTY. Sites are ok. They are level and not too cramped. Seemed to be a lot of people living there.

We travel all over the US, many times for work, many times for pleasure. This trip was for work and this campground is one of very few open year round, however it should be closed,,,, for REPAIRS !!. When we called to inquiry we were told this is a resort,,,,I'm not sure the owners know the definition of resort. The... More
