I went with 3 friends. We found cockroaches under the bed, the service was terrible - that lady doing the breakfast in the morning was nothing but rude. The cleaning service was bad - we were 4 but only had 2 towels even on our 2nd day of stay. We asked for room service of wine, the front desk just... more

Considering our circumstances (our flight was delayed causing us to miss our connection flight to Europe) we were put up here by our airline company. Originally, we were sent to be put up in a Holiday Inn, but they were booked and so they sent us here at 12 am (both hotels are owned by the same person). With all... more

The house keeping staff were unblievably rude and aggressive. They came by to clean the room at 8 AM and kept coming back and demanded that the room be cleaned now or never. They were threatening and the management did nothing to stop them in spite of being informed. Never have had a similar experience before and hope that no... more

Where can I begin. Our 3 nights there were miserable and I was crying when I left, frustrated with the whole experience and anxious to get the heck out of there. I was there for a family wedding that was being held at the banquet hall, so it was convenient. The room itself was adequate, but the tv was old... more

I only stayed in this hotel for two nights on business. It is convenient to the Raritan Center without being right in the cluster of hotels. It is a really nice hotel, and the rooms are huge. The staff was very friendly and courteous. My complaints: the room was actually too big. The tv was so far away from the... more

The worse hotel we have ever stayed in. It is just for overnight guests who will be attending a banquet or wedding. No amenities such as coffee or tea after 10:00am. The breakfast is a bunch of carbohydrates, no protein, with watered down juices. The personnel is rude and disrespectful. The guests use the waffle iron in the breakfast room... more

I am writing this review for my hubby since he avoids computers at all costs and I make all the travel arrangements for the both of us, even if I don't actually do all the traveling! He needed to stay for a few nights nearby a training facility for a 4-day course he was taking. I did some internet research... more

My friend and I stayed here on our way to the shore for a triathlon. All we wanted to do was sleep b/c we got in late. Needless to say, the company we booked the room with screwed up and we had to wait almost 2 hours (after arriving at midnight) to check in. Luckily, Raj a at the front... more

Date: November 4,2006 Reviewer: traveler from Montreal, Quebec Driving into the hotel parking lot we were amazed at the outdoor decor of this hotel. With the huge fountain and giant statue one would could imagine being in Mumbai rather than Ford, NJ. This is a jewel of a Best Western. Our room was on the second floor. This newly renovated... more
