We stayed at this hotel for one night. The location is convenient, right off the highway. The room was large and beautiful, with nice wide flatscreen. Continental breakfast was less than ordinary though. more

Most Hyatt Place are converted from the old Amerisuites. I have stayed here three times and this last experience was the poorest. The chief problem is poor housekeeping. I checked into my room and found not just one, not just a few, but many strands of body hair (yikes!) on my bathroom floor. I even took pictures of the floor... more

I have stayed here on several other occasions and for the price, this is about the best hotel in the area. Compared to the Marriot (where I used to stay) it is easily $100 less per night and the rooms are much better. Beds are very good and very clean. The one real problem I had was I would like... more

We stayed here for a couple of weeks for business after a recommendation from the company we were working with. Don't bother staying here if you don't have a car, as was our case. The hotel doesn't have food (apart from snacks), it's in the middle of a highway intersection and it's difficult to walk to anywhere nearby thanks to... more

We were really impressed with the size of the room and cleanliness of the hotel. The only negative about the hotel is the location of the exit ramp when leaving. You need to immediately merge to a very busy road. It's hard to see around the curb so you may be putting your life in jeopardy at times. more

Been there for 3 nights in business ,had I late flight and asked for a "day use" ,was sent to the manager next morning to get her approval. Asked to see the manager next morning, I was told with impertinence by the clerck at the reception that she is busy and can't see us! Insisted and finaly got the "day... more

This hotel was an excellent value. The rooms were comfortable and stylish, the staff very nice and helpful, and the complementary breakfast was a bonus. There were two weddings on the weekend and the hotel was full. The staff made everyone feel welcome and managed the crowd in a professional manner. The only complaint is the problem in finding the... more

I stayed in a Hyatt a few weeks ago and was very pleased, so I had no reservations in booking a stay in another Hyatt hotel. I was terribly disappointed in this hotel. The hotel appears to have some type of moisture problem. When entering the facility, the front roof was leaking. The first room that we were assigned had... more

We stayed at this hotel for one night on our way to Virginia. We were just looking for something comfortable for a quick stay. The staff was wonderful, very welcoming and warm. We checked in late at night and were still given great service. The hotel room was very big and comfortable. I was sorry we weren't staying longer as... more
