My fiance and I recently stayed at the Renault Winery's Tuscany House hotel in the hopes of a romantic getaway & tour of the facility for our upcoming wedding. When we arrived at the hotel, I was taken off guard that the employees at the front desk were so unfriendly but tried not to let it ruin our evening. We... more

Booked a package which included dinner for two, plus breakfast and a winery tour. It was a terrific value. The hotel was designed to look like an Italian villa, and the room was very comfortable and very spacious. The restaurant has terrific food, with very pleasant wait staff. And the manager, Mike, is very gracious and professional. The winery tour... more

Come here for the food and the wine, but definitely try to stay in the hotel if you can. The whole complex is run by Joe Milza and his extended family, and you feel like a friend when you stay with them. We have stayed numerous times for various events, from New Years Eve parties to the Dining with the... more

My husband and I are very seasoned travelers and have rarely, if ever, had such a bad experience at any hotel, let alone one with "upscale" pretensions. 1. Cleanliness issues: Major gross-outs included a) observing a busboy drop several pieces of cutlery on the floor of the restaurant, then pick them up and use them to set a table!! (we... more

We stayed for three days in the Tuscany House, while we enjoyed the GREAT golf course. Talk about QUIET. We were the ONLY ones who used the pool. The ONLY ones at breakfast ( PS we were there before the cook at 7:30) But once again the golf was GREAT and we took a long walk throughout the countryside.Once again... more

This is their quote online: To provide a memorable experience to our customers by exceeding their expectations. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the amenities as good as any 4 start hotel. Note that the only good views are in the front of the hotel. The walls are paper thin as the prior post mentioned. Not just muffled sounds but... more

We stayed at the Tuscany House Hotel after a night at the Trop in AC. Huge difference! The Tuscany House staff are professional and polite, The propery is impeccably maintained and the room was spotless. The mattress was very comfortable. The decor of the property is ultra Italian, so if that is not your style you may not like it.... more

If you like peace and quiet with absolutely nothing else to do, then Tuscan House is for you. It is located about 7 miles off the Garden State Parkway in the middle of nowhere. The winery is directly across the street and they offer a forty minute tour. There are two restaurants which were okay. We booked a getaway package... more

I stayed at the Tuscany Hotel in January while in town for business. It is definitely in the middle of nowhere. Once I got of the the Parkway, I thought I would never get there and several times I thought I was lost. Narrow winding roads and nothing but land. I even encountered deer crossing the road in the daylight,... more

Stayed at this property with golfing buddies for one night. Upon checking in the two people at the desk didn't seem to know what was going on. They claimed they had no room for two in our party but eventually found one for them. When we arose in the morning, our cars were the only ones in the parking lot... more
