I had a problem with my reservation, I booked at a lower rate than I was confirmed at. I took screen shots of the reservation screen as I received the original on line confirmation. I have been staying at this hotel for many years; even before it was a Sheraton property. Up until last year, it had deteriorated and become very tattered and worn. Last year, Sheraton closed it and did a top to bottom remodel. What a fabulous job they did! It is now a fully updated, bright, modern and very comfortable hotel.... more
