My check-in was horrible. Justin and a female employee (don't know her name), proceeded to tell me that my credit card was 'no good' and I couldn't check in w/out a valid card. This was my 2nd stay at the Staybridge (see review from Dec 07) and it is still as excellent as ever. The food, the cleanliness, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff is great.
