Huge disappointment. The picture shown for this hotel is NOT what this hotel looks like now. Every member of the staff that we encountered was either rude, lazy or non-responsive. The outside of the hotel including the parking garage is filthy. They charge you $8 a day to park in the garage, not disclosed at time of booking the room.... more
