The rooms are great and provide comfort of a studio while traveling or in transition however, as with the counterpart, Motel 6, across the parking lot, apparently staff are trained to argue with guests, treat them rudely, and feel they are in the right regardless of how in the wrong they are. Again, there seems to be a lapse on... More

Newly renovated studio apartments with full kitchenette. Great price and clean. Laundry on site. The thing that is difficult is getting to the location if you do not have good directions. Also there are some people that are living at this property that looked shady, but there are some of those in a 5-Star. Great for visiting NYC on a... More

A lot of noisy kids screaming and crying in these rooms, and the walls don't muffle the sound very well. We tried calling the office to complain about the noisy kids, but they don't answer. It turns out the office never answers the phone, whether by cell phone or the room phone. You have to walk to the office to... More

Was here in 2011 and enjoted my stay. This visit was just as good. All hotels were busy due to the NHRA event in Englishtown. Check-in took about 10 minutes, which was considered fast, due to the facility being busy that weekend. Room was very clean, considering this is an extended stay hotel. Bathroom was spotless, along with the kitchen... More

I stayed here for a few weeks last year while visiting a friend in NYC. They allow dogs and have good house keeping staff. The property is clean and there is plenty to eat in the area. It's an easy drive into the city but in a relatively quiet area itself. This was one of the few studio suite hotels... More

I stayed in this hotel for almost 3 months. Very fair pricing. Would not be my choice for one or two nights, but for long term it was very good. Hard to figure out to get to the first time. No left turns on Hwy18, you have to turn right and make the loop then go straight, you will see... More

I was in NJ for 5 weeks and I stayed at Comfort Inn $90/pn - see my other reviews - nearer my office in Somerset. Then I moved to Staybridge Suites $120/pn for 2 bedroom with corporate rate. Once I was traveling solo I tried to get space at the less expensive Candlewood Suites in Somerset but it's so popular... More

I am not sure where the complaints are coming from. I guess it depends on what time of year you stay at this place. I did not see any "shady characters" at this hotel, but the door leading to the hallway (which has a key lock) was "broken, so constantly left open. Aside from that security issue, the room was... Its a glorified flop house. No housekeeping services (ok they say once a week) during my three day stay. No cleaning, no change of linens, no garbage collection. The door to the outside facing Rt 18 was locked open during the day, and locked closed at night (even the room key didn't work). Clerks on site during the day, NO... More
