I came here for a week because I was working on some projects near by and to spend some time away from family; I found this motel on the way to stay at. It was beautiful nice landscaping and bunches of flowers. Even in the night, it was pretty bright. When I walked in the front desk, I was pleased... more

Want a swimming pool? Forget it. The pool was just as dirty and unsanitary as the rest of the place. Anyway, the pool was closed during our entire six day stay. Imagine taking a hand towel soiled with lipstick, folding it nicely and placing it back into the holder. There was no rhyme or reason to the housekeeping. Very sloppy... more

The website for the Village Inn is just a bunch of lies. It is not comfortable or clean or beautiful. It is not 15 minutes away from Six Flags, it is 45 minutes away. It does not serve a meal like the website says (which I wouldn't have eaten anyway). The outside pool should be closed until it is redone... more

This place is not the worth the price they charge (paid 104 per night plus tax). I too felt misled about the "deluxe" description on the website. There was exposed wiring in the closet and under the AC. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling, there were holes in the ceiling that exposed light bulbs that didn't actually serve a... more

This place was completely disgusting. I booked a room for one evening. I was volunteering at a nearby concert and wanted a place to sleep after and drive home in the morning. When I checked in, the man at the front desk was pleasant enough. Slight language barrier, but no big deal. He could not find my reservation and actually... more

As you notice this is one the least expensive option if you try to book a hotel around jersey shore. We booked this hotel for one night because we just wanted to crash here overnight and get out of here in the morning. All we needed is good bed, clean bathroom and basic services. So first I'll talk about basic... more

This review will be short and sweet. I had booked a room at the inn for a single night. When I called a week later to confirm my arrival day, I was told that they never heard of me and that that weekend could "only" be booked by a two night stay thus they would never have given me a... more

This is a totally unpretentious, pleasant little inn. We stayed there one night in December and had the place pretty much to ourselves. The room was clean and the staff were helpful, despite the language barrier. They were apologetic about the tea room being closed, explaining that at that time of year there was not enough business to keep it... more

This hotel needs some TLC. The front desk area was clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel room was clean; the air conditioning and television worked; the bathroom had soap, shampoo and conditioner with hot/cold running water. However, the room was in need of touchup paint due to a number of marks on the walls; the ceiling lights worked,... more
