The attached Promenade restaurant was consistently awful! The food was 1 star, they got orders completely wrong and it took 40 minutes to get 3 takeout burgers- and the place was empty!!! I went to Cape May for the first time with my girlfriends, daughter and her friend. We had a great time. The room was a little out dated but pretty clean. The ammenities could not be beat. Just got back from our annual sojourn to Cape May. This year we stayed at the Montreal Inn at Beach & Madison. Nice rooms..ocean front....convenient efficiency suite. Lounge chairs on the beach were included which is a very nice plus. Poolside bar was also a hit! more
