Nice place, on a busy road though, and not exactly close the all the main attractions like The Washington Street Mall and the beach. Yet, the place is clean, decent rooms, very accommodating hosts, and price is reasonable.

Stayed one day at the Primrose, room was ok, disappointed that the breakfast did not accommodate my food allergies even though this was made known at the time of booking the room. Ironically we were called 2 weeks later concerning our forthcoming registration, some road noise since your are on one of the busier streets in Cape May.

Walk to most restaurants and many attractions or ride bikes provided to see the town of Cape May without needing a car. Warm, friendly hosts provide a nice family atmosphere and delicious breakfasts. Rooms are comfortable but not fancy. Price is quite reasonable. I would surely go back!

We stayed at the Primrose Inn for one night in December in the Peach Room. Upon arrival, we noticed the B&B was up for sale. That was not a good start as far as I am concerned. As soon as the front door opened, it smelled very musty. The home was not bright and cheerful at all; and really needs... More

When we first arrived, we were greeted very warmly by the owner CAT. she took us to our room and showed us around the inn. There is direct tv in the room, and the remote was very confusing to use. Sadly, she did not show us how to use it. We stayed in the Peach Room-- very clean. but there... More

I stayed at the Primrose Inn in mid-May. The owners were friendly & super helpful. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfasts & the beautifully landscaped yard. The beach, stores & restaurants were within walking distance & the B&B was located across from the Physick Estate, which is a popular Cape May attraction with a museum & cafe.

The innkeepers were helpful in describing the area. The sunflower room was picturesque. The breakfast was delicious. Books and history of the locale were very interesting. We were able to have our friends come and socialize in the dining room. Smoking is allowed in the back patio. This is the nicest place to stay in Cape May.The inn is right... More

My husband and I made a last minute online reservatiion the night before which was a mistake in itself...the Primrose Inn is not the tidy and cheerfull place we expected. We were to stay in the daisy room with the black wall paper. There is a layer of dust on the head board of the bed and the fan lights.... More

My mother and I just stayed at the Primrose Inn on our first trip to Cape May and our first stay at a B&B. We'll definitely be back! The rooms were adorable (in a homey, slightly mismatched kind of way), breakfast was delicious the rates were extremely reasonable, and the location was perfect. The beach was about a half mile... If your looking for a place to stay this is not a bad deal. It is close to the Lobster House is you like to eat there... It is painted pinkish on the outside, they do have a cute garden and porch. It is a small victorian with five rooms. They do a nice enough job of making your happy.... More
