This was our second stay at the Fairthorne. It's a wonderful place to stay in Cape May. It's close to both shopping and the beach. It's relaxing with all the amenities one could wish for. From the warm greeting to the deligtfully appointed suite we found the lovingly restored Fairthorne B&B a delight. Diane and Ed the proprieters made us feel at home from the start and provided those little thought ful extras that make a real difference. My wife and I just returned from a wonderful trip to the Fairthorne Inn. The house is in a prime location, right on Ocean Street, directly between the beach and the outdoor Washington Street Mall. The inn itself is in immaculate condition, with beautiful antique furnishings (which are actually quite comfortable too) and some of the prettiest rooms I've seen.... more

The weather was rainy and dreary outside, but inside it was warm, cozy, and relaxing. The house and our room were very clean and beautifully decorated.
