Good location, 2 blocks from beach & Washington Mall. Quiet street. Arrived Friday afternoon, met by innkeeper at the door, and given a tour of the bottom floor and then escorted to our rooms. When I called for reservations, on short notice, the owner could have said, "sorry, nothing for all those nights". But he went the extra step to suggest a simple room change in mid-stay, and made that happen effortlessly.
