An older style motel but it was fine for one night. Convenient to our family reunion and adequate for our needs. Try the Lobster House just over the bridge to Cape May. Watch for smokers if that's a concern as the windows were open and we could smell smoke.

We (2 adults and 1 child) stayed there for 3 nights in the middle of August. It was our first time there. The staff are all extremely nice. The rooms need a lot of updating which I know they plan on doing. The pool was extremely cold because they had some kind of problem with it. The AC was broken... More

We were having a girls weekend to visit the carriage horses in Cape May, we had owned 2 of them. The hotel was exactly as advertised, clean but not fancy! Dori even upgraded us as a special surprise! We already are starting to pick a date for next year so we can stay here again. Reasonably priced and 8 minutes... More

We wanted to spend a weekend in Wildwood/Cape May area. August is the hardest month to find a room and not pay a small fortune to stay. I called 25 places not a room available. I called The Cabin City motel. They said yes. The price was very reasonable. It was very easy to fond. Right off exit 0. Easy... More

We have been staying at Cabin City off and on for the past 10 years or so. We frequent mostly in the fall and winter, as we love the shore that time of the year. Each time has been a pleasant experience. Treat with respect and you get respect. The staff knows us by name and when we celebrated our... More

This was our 10th year at Cabin City. The former owner has retired and the new owner is sprucing things up. It will never be the Waldorf-Astoria but it's clean, quiet, comfortable and certainly more affordable than most places in the area. It's also nice that when we walked in to register we were greeted by name. Nice touch.

Always our pleasure to have you with us, I'm trying to keep the feel my mom worked 37 years at establishing here while updating both the property and hospitality aspect. Thanks for the review and hope to be your place at the shore for years to come More

We've been staying at Cabin City for 7 years during our summer vacation. Joanne was always so pleasant and the pool spotless. It was a great QUIET, clean place to stay but now that Joanne has retired this place has gone down the gutter and no longer caters to families but to wild teens and drunks. The prices haven't changed... More

Wow, Never expected a bad review from the patron who was the cause of the incident while I did my best to ease tensions. "never again" is a good title because I have no interest of having them back. More

A family member made our reservations, so we did not realize until we arrived what we were in for until we open the door. The blue carpet was black by the door from dirt and stained in other parts of the room. The two fabric chairs were also so dirty and stain we wouldn't touch them. It look like they... More

Overall, the place is great. We stayed in the motel part of it. I didn't snoop around but I believe there are cabins behind the motel building. The area is conveniently located about 5 miles from Beach Ave in Cape May. The room looked slightly old but it had all the essential amenities plus more.

We weren't expecting much when we arrived. It was a few miles from the beach and the price was low. Just looking for a place to stay the night and go to the beach and shops during the day it was perfect. The staff was nice and everything was clean and prepared for us before we arrived. The hot water... More
