When you come to the Cape May / Wildwood area you don't come to spend your days in a camp ground, but you could at Lake Laurie. We were looking for a clean quiet place to stay in our vintage RV. Upon arrival we found we had a shady level site near the lake. The site featured newly installed 50amp... More

As a family with 5 kids, our vacations are not very exotic! We started tent camping here in 2005, a few weekends a year. We did have one bad year over the 4th of July weekend. It was insane. But, in their defense, the entire area is insane over the holiday! We let it slide and continued to return year... More

Summary: Would I stay here again, NO. Would I recommend, NO. Pros: The 1 bedroom cabin(trailer) we rented was large spacious, new, and clean. It included, TV with Cable, bunk beds, small kitchenette, overall nice. The amenities were adequate, and clean. The personnel we spoke with were nice enough. Internet is paid $5.00 for 1 day, $10.00 for three days.... More

The entrance looks nice so you think it's going to be a beautiful campsite. But once we got to our campsite we noticed that the electricity was not working, called the main office and they sent someone over. The man that was working on it said he couldn't fix it, it was broken for over a year and they still... More

We stayed here with a group of friends, each staying in a one-bedroom cabin. The cabins were very nice and very clean. However, when we arrived we all discovered that as soon as we turned the hot water on it had a horrible sulphur smell. Fortunately it went away after leaving the water run for quite awhile, but only after... More

Our resort has well water sometimes there can be a harmless odor observed by guests not familiar with this type of system. I have been coming here for years, and we have never been more satisfied with management. When you have a problem, they are there to see it through! No other managers have been like that. We came to the camp ground in April this year and everything looked great! All the nice trees and flowers even a new sign, which... More

This place is horrible. Stayed here in July and the staff was rude and dishonest. They promised a site with 30 A service. It didn't even have 10 A when I threw my meter on it the second day and that was early on a cool morning. I can just imagine when everybody is running their air! Then came the... More

My partner and I chose to stay overnight at this campground because we were down there for Run or Dye the next morning. I looked into prices and I could stay one night (in September) for 35 dollars. Not bad considering any hotel in Cape May will be minimum 120 dollars per night. Driving into Lake Laurie first you'll notice... More
