Spent three nights and it was wonderful. Room was very bright, spacious, with comfortable beds (2 queen in our room). Had a fridge and microwave, and balcony to sit and enjoy the view. Pool and grounds were very well maintained. Staff very helpful. Located right across from the ocean, and since it was off-season not crowded at all. Would recommend.... More

The location can't be better- right on the beachfront, yet unlike some hotels near by it is cosy - built around a pool, creating a less exposed yard type of place. The rooms are clean and well laid out. Our room felt smaller than on the pictures, but was perfectly fine once we put all of our kit away. And... More

We stayed there during peak season and paid dearly for it - hard to tell if the prices were hiked up due to our last-minute reservation, or if it's just a bit overpriced. For a hundred bucks less a night, or even two hundred less, it would have been a fantastic value. As it was, the place was certainly clean... More

We are a family of 4 (with 2 young boys) who shared a room with two queen beds over Labor Day weekend. We loved the pool, and being directly across the street from an entrance to the beach. The room was modern and comfortable and the staff was friendly and efficient without being cloying. The location of the Inn was... More

The Inn is more in the style if a motel but many of the Cape May inns call themselves Inns instead of motels. I am very impressed with the extent the staff goes to in cleaning and maintaining the rooms and grounds. The irises are all trimmed to a uniform height which pleases my sense of order! A little OCD.... More

This Inn was very comfortable. The price was a little high due to holiday weekend but well worth every penny. Our room was clean, big enough and well kept. The staff was very helpful. The pool was spotless and the landscaping was well taken care of. The parking was easy enough to maneuver and seemed just large enough to accommodate... More

We just returned home from a beautiful, relaxing trip to Cape May. This was the first time we stayed at the Periwinkle Inn and I can assure you we will return. From the moment we arrived we were impressed. The location could not have been better, right across from the beach and a short walk from Washington street. We never... More

We spent an outstanding Memorial Day family vacation at the Periwinkle Inn. Cape May was an outstanding location for a family vacation. We were surprised that we could afford to stay so close to the beach, and SO pleased that the hotel's suites were as nice as they were. It was completely renovated with a stylish contemporary decor and served... More

Just got back from our family vacation at Cape May. Periwinkle was wonderful. We had three rooms right next to one another it worked out wonderfully. Kitchenette was fully stocked which was great since traveling with young children we didn't want to eat out. BBQ grills were immaculate and had all utensils you need to cook. Staff were friendly and... More
