For the money the Inn of Cape May charges, there is no excuse for old, musty, moldy rooms. Everything about our weekend at the Inn was awful. The bed was uncomfortable, the room smelled musty and the shower was filled with mold! When we complained to the front desk, the woman couldn't be bothered. Save your money and go somewhere... More

Spent a beautiful fall weekend at this inn. Was a bit worried after reading some reviews, but it was wonderful! All of the ladies at the front desk were warm, welcoming and friendly! Our room was on the 4th floor and my husband walks with a cane, the staff was super accommodating with getting someone to take us up in... More

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. We were staying there for a wedding where there was room block. We called to book rooms about 6 months in advance and the staff was unbelievably rude. The staff consists of a bunch of older women who could care less if you actually wanted... More

The Inn of Cape May has everything you need for a great stay. Nice size rooms, bar and restaurant on site. You pick from the menu for the breakfast that is included in your price. Easy, short walk to EVERYTHING ! Big parking lot also. Even though it rained this past weekend, we didn't mind because this Inn has so... More

We have been staying at the Inn of Cape May for several Decembers, so we knew Autumn would be good too. What a lovely time we had. Got to enjoy happy hour, breakfast at Aleathea's and sitting on the porch listening to the rain. I love that the Inn is not too modernized - so much of the history of... More

The hotel is well situated in the beach block and historic district, making it possible to park a car (in a lot conveniently located across the street) and forget about it for the duration of your stay. The rooms and common spaces are kept meticulously clean, although empty drinking glasses left on the porch by bar patrons should have been... More

The Inn of Cape May is very clean, comfortable and charming. It's in the best location in Cape May. You can walk to everything. What I didn't enjoy was lack of WIFI service. When I informed the lady at the front desk that the WIFI didn't work, she said to me, "You're on vacation, you shouldn't be on your laptop."... More

Fun as alwyas. Great location. Directly across the street from the ocean. The staircase makes the experience more interesting. It is a Victorian era Inn. Interent is not too readily available. I don't go to the beach to use the internet.

There is a lot to be said for this quaint inn. It has much 19th century charm and is across from the ocean. The rooms are spacious and it is filled with history. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed two good nights sleep. There are however numerous drawbacks. The elevator is manned and requires someone to come to run... More

My family and I have vacationed in Cape May every year for well over 20 years. For a few years, we considered ‘trying something new’ but have always thought better of it and went back to Inn of Cape May…and have never been sorry. Although the physical appearance is in need of some sprucing up, the Inn is charming and... More
