My sister and I stayed at the Inn and had such an amazing time. Our room was beautiful and quiet, food was incredible and our Innkeeper, Bonnie, was most gracious. We are anxiously planning our next visit.

Decided to spend a relaxing weekend in Cape May a week before Christmas and stayed at the John Wesley Inn for the first time. We stayed in The Stockton which has a very large private patio and it was a home run. The John Wesley Inn is a luxurious Inn, and Bonnie the Innkeeper tends to every detail. The breakfasts... More

This Inn is truly a must to stay and spend time no matter what the season! I have been here several times along with other couples and it is certainly not disappointing. The home is a magnificent piece of time gone by......Bonnie is not only a wonderful lady, but an outstanding cook. Her breakfasts are worth the visit! And don't... More

We stayed multiple nights in room 3 the Maequis de Lafayette in late December. Room was good size though chair and couch were quite worn. Unlike most B&B named rooms there was no explanation or materials related to room name. Bed was incredibly hard. Room had own heat but was already so warm (72F) from heat from below or sides... We loved our stay at the John Wesley Inn. Our room was beautiful and cozy (with two fireplaces!), and the breakfast was delicious. It was decorated for the holidays with a magnificent tree and fun homages to "A Christmas Story." The location was great too. It's right next to the beach (though we went in December so we weren't on... More

My husband surprised me with a three night stay at the John Wesley Inn for my birthday. What a beautiful bed and breakfast!! Lance and Bonnie are very warm, personable and gracious Innkeepers! The most beautiful house on Gurney and maybe all of Cape May. Close to everything and less than a block from the beach! Every amenity and the owner keeps his collection of classic cars in the garage. Really an exceptional experience!

This is a well-run inn in a great location--close proximity to the center of town and the beaches, yet on a quietly residential street. Bonnie, the innkeeper, is extremely hospitable and prepares a memorably delicious breakfast!

We just spent a wonderful 3 day weekend at the John Wesley Inn. Bonnie, the owner made us feel at home immediately. We wanted the warmth of a B&B experience, and we were extremely happy with our choice to stay here. The home is a wonderful example of the Victorian era, impeccably well kept, very warm and inviting. The room... More

My husband and I stayed at the John Wesley Inn for the Columbus Day weekend. This was our second visit to the John Wesley, our first being a quick weekend getaway for our anniversary in July. We’ve stayed in Cape May several times before, each time at a different B&B, and the John Wesley is by far our favorite. It... More
