My daughter had a class field trip to Philadelphia. We stayed here and it was awful. The rooms are in very poor condition. The carpets were very dirty and it didn't look like the room had been cleaned very well. You could see the dust on areas and it did not look like the vacuum had been run in awhile.... more

Outside of hotel looked cheap, but our room was fine. One of the better Days Inn rooms we have stayed in. Seemed like a safe location. Try to get a room in the back. Rooms out front face the highway. Free breakfast was very good - fresh & nice assortment of cereals, bagels, muffins & donuts, also waffles available w/... more

If clean hotels are your thing, avoid this Days Inn. The carpet looked grubby, the lighting was kind of weak, the bathroom had mold in the corners, and the sheets were scratchy. That said, the rooms were large and the area felt safe, even though there was a disturbing bullet proof glass panel in the lobby where you check in.... more

We stayed in this hotel on business for two nights. We were working in Philadelphia's Center City, and all of the hotels downtown were booked because of graduations. The hotel was only a 15 minute drive from Center City, and it was very easy to find. Our firm had a negotiated rate with a hotel downtown that was about $120/night.... more

The room was clean, but the place looked iffy from the outside. We stayed here for two nights without any problems. The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially the breakfast attendant who microwaved my tea after the hot water tap was broken. The bedding had that acrylic scratchiness to it, but it's the Days Inn, so you kind of... more

Arrived at night and checked in through a wierd window from the outside....grounds were pretty grimey although it was night time. Walked into the room, turned on the bathroom light and saw 2 big roaches in the bathtub. Walked out and went to the Red Roof inn down the block (which was really clean). more

I read the good reviews at Tripadvisor and chose Days Inn Brooklawn for it's close location to Philadelphia. We got excellent rates from hotel website (the managers special rate, lower than $70 for a quad room with breakfast). Very easy to reach Philadelphia by car, which is a really cute city. The directions given by hotel website is perfect, it's... more

We spent 3 nights (9/29 thru 10/1) at Days Inn Brooklawn to spend time sightseeing in Philadelphia. The room was very clean and decent size. The TV had some color problems, but we weren't there to watch TV, so that wasn't much of an issue for us. The hotel staff was very pleasant. Housekeeping was quick to respond when we... more

Our family of 5 stayed at the Days Inn Brooklawn for 2 nights in July 2006 while sightseeing in the Philadelphia area. It was a little tricky to find the hotel, and the area of town initially made me a little nervous, but once we got there I was OK with it. The staff were very helpful, and when asked... more

We stayed at the Days Inn Brooklawn for one night as a "stopover" on our way to the Jersey Shore during the holiday weekend. The location was convenient, a short drive off of the expressway. The accommodations were adequate and the bathroom was quite large. The mini-fridge and microwave were a wonderful bonus after a long day on the road!... more
