All the staff at the Hampton Inn Turnersville were extremely helpful in making our daughter's wedding a success. Finding the hotel was a pain. The signs are not posted well enough. We arrived at 12:30am and the night desk clerk was in a mood. He seemed bothered by us checking in. staff, room and breakfast were all high quality. convient location to freeway either to shore or to Philly. have stayed at this Hampton Inn on several occasions and my experience is always great. would recommend to everyone

Pros: The staff was all friendly. The breakfast was decent for a complimentary selection. And, the rooms have seemingly newer furnishings. Cons: our bathroom had significant mold in the shower/tub. Fourth of July weekend. Given that this area had suffered major power-outages due to a recent storm, we received great service. Location was good, near eateries, shopping, and about 20 minutes from PHL airport. Was able to see local fireworks from our room, so we didn't have to leave hotel and fight with the traffic! Would stay here again.

Checked in at 6pm and had only one clerk on duty. A couple ahead of me were trying to reserve a block of rooms for a future date. So I stood there waiting for 10 minutes while they played 20 questions. Ridiculous to only have one clerk on duty at prime check-in time.

Stayed here with other family members which included a baby. Our room was fine but they were given the worst room possible- near the first floor elevator bank with three large events booked- two family reunions and a wedding. The front desk service is one of the worst I have ever experienced. They had a terrible attitude and also are unaware of what is going on. The hotel room was okay but from the first step in the door the staff did not leave a good impression.
