Booked a first floor room because of knee problems a month in advance of the Memorial Day weekend. Later notified that the room was changed to the second floor. We been staying in Sierra Inn for 3-4 summers in a row and eat gets worst every year. Owners become absentee and no one is taking care of the place. Do not expect anyone to clean your room... despite the signs I hang, I have not seen maids in 2006 or 2007. The appliances in disrepair, the fridge that did... more

We have stayed at the Sierra Inn for 3 years and after this summer's stay we will not return. The rooms were not vacuumed the entire week we stayed, there were not always fresh towels, and they never changed our sheets.
