We stayed here at the end of June when the rates were low and the beach was quiet. As part of a family reunion, three families reserved the top floor with three rooms facing the nicely heated pool. The balconies were perfect for drying towels or simply relaxing. It was convenient visiting with one another and the adults could easily watch... more

First, I would not consider this an INN, it's really a motel. Anyway, we had very nice weekend here recently. Early June is not high season yet, we arrived before noon on Saturday and we were able to check in right away. We just got the standard room, however instead of facing the main street our room was faced the... more

Just spent 5 days at the Mariner Motel and loved it! Stayed in a poolside efficiency for one nite - great room- clean, large, big bathroom and private balcony- a tad noisy in the am with kids in the pool at 9 am but it was poolside! Moved to a standard room for the remainder of time -which was clean,... more

We spent 2 days at Jersey Shore, on beautifull Long Beach Island and loved it. We went to Wildwoods before and Beach Heaven was a nice change. No boardwalk close by, no highrise buldings. Island is narrow and easy to walk from beach to bay. Many restourants, bars, places to buy food and drinks. We went to very nice restoutant first... more

The Mariner Inn, Beach Haven, NJ Date: July 28, 2008 We just returned from our trip to Beach Haven, we had a wonderful time. I took my Mom, Mother-in-law and sister-in-law down to the shore for a mini vacation. I was looking for a place that could accommodate us in a location that was in the center of things, the... more

I was worried booking this motel due to the previous review about vandalism. Previous guest was not lucky and incident is unlikely to be related to the hotel. This hotel is simple but very good for its price ($100/night). Room and pool were very clean, beach is a 3 minute walk. Further south than you think from its address. It's... more

During our 2 night family stay with our 14 year old daughter at the Mariner Inn, our car was vandalized in their FRONT parking lot in the middle of the night as we slept. Our hood was jumped on, beer bottles were broken on the car and worst of all the vandals found it necessary to spit all over the... more

Four of us shared a room at the Mariner Motor Inn from July 27 to 29, 2007. We all rent houses in Beach Haven every June, so we had seen the motel before and were not expecting much. We were pleasantly surprised that the room was fairly large (as motels go), clean, and with a balcony and refrigerator. The location... more

The Mariner Inn is a good value for the money. We have stayed here quite a few times over the years and have always had a positive experience. The staff is friendly and courteous. The owners go out of their way to provide a good family atmosphere. The location, while along Long Beach Blvd., is centrally located to restaurants and... more
