This was my first stay and a Hotel Indigo. I am a Priority Club platinum member so my experience my vary from the typical customer.
Check In: I reserved a hearing impaired King because it was the only guaranteed king available. I was told there are 15 large corporate offices in the area which restricts midweek availability, especially Tuesday nights....
