My sister's and I stayed at Chesterfield Inn. We were celebrating one of my sister's birthday. The staff were friendly, always willing to assist when needed. They offered suggestions as to what to do and see in the area. The room was beautiful, tastefully decorated and immaculate. The Inn is in a great location easy to access the sites in... More

We spent two night of our trip to New England, service was nice, breakfast was great. Room was very nice. Afternoon tea and cookies! Nice B&B. No majors complaints Dinners at the resturant wasn't that great but overall an enjoyable stay.

We spent three magical days at the Chesterfield Inn in early August 2014. The staff was so welcoming and attended to all our requests promptly. Our room was beautifully appointed, and the breakfasts and dinner were truly outstanding. We will always remember relaxing on the lovely terrace in the evening with our drinks, overlooking the meadow and experiencing the extended... More

The staff is indeed very friendly and it is so nice they allow dogs. Rooms are nice and well maintained and the grounds are nicely kept. The sunsets from the adirondack chairs placed around the property are gorgeous. The restaurant is good, we ate there twice for dinner. Breakfasts are good and portions nice. My main two quips: it is... More

We had a lovely stay at the Chesterfield Inn. We had visited friends in Brattleboro, Vt and they recommended the Inn. We were not disappointed. We booked room #12 because it was on the ground floor and stairs can be a problem for me. When we arrived, they asked us if we would mind if they put us in the... More

Stayed many times at Chesterfield Inn, most recently this past May. Always enjoy the breakfast on the porch and the dinner on the patio. We have frequently traveled with family dog and we are able to share the inn with her. She especially likes the walks around the beautiful grounds. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Trips to Brattleboro and... More

The Inn lets you choose the room on their website. They are all different, but large and well appointed. Staff is very accommodating. Breakfast and dinner are really good. Probably one of the best places to stay when visiting SW Vermont or SE New Hampshire.

We had such a great time last year, I booked this year's trip a year in advance! As usual, the food, location, accommodations were excellent. The great thing is we could bring our dog with us and still have a four star country experience. Loved every minute...and we'll be back next year!

The Inn is along Rt. 9 in NH so we were worried about noise but the building is sound proofed so well, it was not a problem. The staff is very attentive and nice. The room was delightful, large and the bed was so comfortable we were asleep in seconds! The Inn has a restaurant that has wonderful food and... More

We were headed to the Marlboro Music Festival and decided to make reservations at the Chesterfield Inn, because the Trip Advisor reviews were so positive. (The drive to Marlboro from there was a bit over a half hour). The inn is indeed a wonderfully relaxing and beautiful place. The three of us were there to do our own individual work... More
