My wife and I syayed here on a tour of new England. We syayrd in No. 4. We stayed here for Columbus weekend. Step right outside the cottage and there was a beautiful view of the lake and foliage. We were walking distance from the Weirs Beach area. Avoid staying here. They rip you off. I stayed in cottage 9. Charged me more than 200 USD per night for a 2 bedroom cottage whose total size is less than a modest motel room. The bathroom is the size of a small closet - I don't mean this as a joke, somebody else also mentioned this on trip-advisor reviews.... more

In response to this guest's comments, we maintain that we are not "scandalously" overpriced. Our prices reflect the customary fees for like properties during the height of the summer season in a resort vacation community. $135 is not an expensive price for a one-bedroom cottage in Weirs Beach that can sleep 4 and sits poolside.
