The staff was exceptionally gracious an extremely helpful. I think they went above an beyond what was expected. Whitney was a ray of sunshine an very helpful. The Inn was beautiful, rooms very quiet an very clean.

Had a great stay at the Valley Inn.The staff were friendly and professional. The Freedom pass was a huge bonus, golf on a decent executive course ,chairlift to top of mountain for a little hiking, kayaking on small pond, and dinner at Coyote grill(best pan seared scallops we have ever had).We did not use the ice skating or athletic club or tennis courts. All could... I had the pleasure of staying at The Valley Inn for a friends wedding in September. Right when i walked i was greeted by Whitney the assistant manager, she was very friendly and very accommodating. The room was spacious and clean. The room also came with a mini fridge which was very convenient since i brought food and drinks into... More

Other reviews of this hotel must be for the area itself. Hotel is outdated with minimal amenities onsite. Stayed in loft suite. Was sizeable but many aspects were in need of a makeover. Carpet was aqua, bathroom shower completed scratched up, marks all over baseboards and walls, beds were well used. Wifi was completely frustrating in the room - we... More

My husband and I found this hotel and it's location both beautiful and very clean. We were however very surprised by the rude and unwelcoming attitude of the front desk receptionist throughout our stay - not really an impression that would make me want to come back when that was my first and last impression. Also - no continental breakfast,... More

We decided on a short family vacation last minute. Mike Leon, exceptional Valley Inn host, took my reservation the same morning, found a room for that night and provided such terrific service that me and my family felt as though we were the only guests they needed to serve. Mike is enthusiastic and possesses a quick witted humor that made... More

We stayed at the Valley Inn at Waterville Valley NH last week. The outside of the hotel looks nice, as does the lobby. However, the rooms are in need of an update. There was a subtle mildew smell in the room which seemed to eminate from the completely worn indoor/outdoor rug which is about 10 years past needing replacement. But,... More

I had the pleasure of staying at the valley inn for a few weeks. Every morning I was greeted by the amicable front desk staff, who's helpfulness and service cannot be overstated. Seriously, anything you need: supplies, activity suggestions, relationship advice, really anything, is just a few questions away. The valley area is a beautiful place to explore, and the... More

This is the third time we've stayed at the Valley Inn, but the first during the summer. The outstanding service we received certainly wasn't the first time. Arlena, the front desk person we've seen before, went out of her way to accommodate an impromptu child's birthday party, and even provided us with bday plates and napkins! She's very prepared to... Spent a few days playing tennis in Waterville Valley. The countryside was beautiful, the tennis club was great, we went mountain biking, hiking and played some golf. Where the hotel was old and dated the front desk people were awesome. Food wise the resort area did not rate high in, we found that to get a nice meal we had... More
