I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the Valley Inn in NH. We have to travel to NH for a wedding, and was unsure where to even stay until we came across The Valley Inn. The negatives scared me a bit, but it just looked so pretty I decided to follow my gut and book the trip anyway. WOW, am I... More

The positives: Unbeatable price, was about half the price of the alternatives in the same resort. Friendly staff, very family friendly. They heated up some milk for our child upon request. Rooms clean and tidy The negatives: Terribly dated, furniture and fixtures look like they've been there 30 years at least The A/C in our room was extremely noisy. Every... More

We recently needed A hotel for two nights while our home lost power from a snow storm. We did not really know where to go; we just needed heat for our kids so we choose the Valley Inn as they had a special on their website. From the moment I called and spoke with Whitney I knew this was the... More

My girl friend and I needed to get away from our busy schedules just to spend some time alone. Remember how and why we fell in Love and to allow us both the opportunity to just spend some quality time together. My girlfriend has never visited the Valley, especially the Valley Inn. I on the other hand have visited and... More

Sorry this review is so late. We stayed 7 nights in mid September to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and wish we could have stayed more. It was exactly what we needed! Our room overlooked the pool, It was so quiet and peaceful. Since it was a bit before the Fall Foliage season our stay was extremely quiet and peaceful.... More

We stayed 3 nights in early October and wish we could have stayed more. We were on the second floor, facing the back. It was quiet, relaxing, after a day of hiking or exploring in North Conway. We like the second floor because the rooms facing front of back, have a large picture window. Mountains and trees are all around.... More

I've stayed at a number of hotels in Waterville Valley and I felt I had to comment on The Valley Inn. The front desk employees are amazing - very welcoming and friendly. You felt like you were coming into their home! Whitney, Justin then Mike were at the front desk. The housekeeper Kelley was all smiles and said good morning... More

the bedsheets were filthy and had not been changed from previous occupants. Management was as appalled as I, and promptly refunded my money and changed my room. . The manager on duty was very nice and told me the cleaning staff had all called out sick. Regardless, there are nicer and cleaner places to stay in Waterville Valley.

Beautiful location, very cosy and comfortable rooms and exceptional hospitality. I would say its definitely worth every penny you spent. We visited Waterville Valley on Oct 3-5, and this indeed was one of the best holidays we have ever had. The fall colors were amazing! I had left my new DSLR camera lens at the hotel. When I called the... More
