we spent 3 unusual nights in this unique place. It is so green, quite, peaceful and had a great view from each window. the warm hospitality and the interesting discussions we had with Victoria and George left a taste of more.. we will defiantly send to this farm all our friends in Israel.

My husband and I can't say enough wonderful things about Brookhirst in regard to the location and hospitality. It truly is a hidden treasure of New Hampshire. The home has New England charm that pictures cannot express. George and Victoria make you feel as though you are part of their family. After spending time here, I will never again stay... More

I've stayed at Brookhirst three times now and it never fails to deliver a wonderful time! Previously, I've been with my wife - this time we went with a group of friends. George's hearty breakfasts set you up for a day in the great outdoors, and it's a delight to return to the magnificent fireplace for a glass of wine... More

There are many great things to say about our stay at the farmhouse, but the best should be saved for Victoria and George themselves. To our surprise, the mountains took second stage to their warmth and hospitality. Their living room view is impressive but it's the leisurely morning conversation over coffee and pancakes that really stay with you. The house... More

The biggest regret during our June 2012 New England fly/drive holiday from the UK was that we only spent one night at Brookhirst Farm. Not only would it make an excellent holiday base for an extended stay but it provides a great opportunity for relaxation. The house dates from the 1800s with room décor to match, such as that in... Brookhirst Farm deserves many more than the five stars I can give. Stayed for five nights at this great hidden treasure in NH. Everything at Brookhirst, such as the views, the rooms, and the breakfasts were all simply amazing. Service was superb, and almost anything you needed could be found in the room. While the farm is not right in... More

This bed and breakfast is an incredible value, the best we found after coming to this area for decades. Brookhirst rents their guest area (three bedrooms available - your choice upon arrival) to only one group at a time -- you only share that portion of the house with who you bring. George and Victoria Murphy own Brookhirst, and are... More

I stayed at Brookhirst Farm with my family from 2nd March until 4th March and it was the best week-end I ever had. The hospitality of Victoria, George and Jo-Jo was unbeliveable from the moment we arrived until we left.. From making us tea and hot chocolate to loaning us their snow we have the time of our lives and... More
