located 4 miles from Hampton Beach & strip. front desk very nice. My 8 yr. old had a blast. There is a petting zoo, 3 pools w/ waterslides, good breakfast, lotsa rooms. We got a good rate (under $100 for last Sunday in August), little train, giant inflatables. This could really be one of the coolest hotels ever. They are... more

My family and I stayed there for the 4th of july weekend and had a great time. This is a great place to stay with kids and only about 12mins away from Hampton Beach. They have alot for the kids to do. They have 3pools, 1 has a waterslide but I have to say that the pools are NOT heated... more

My reasons for staying were more the result of being in between leases on apartments and moving my vacation to the same week. Therefore, I decided to take a trip down the Seacoast and stay at this place, since it seemed to have the best rates I could find at the time. It's nowhere near a flashy property, pretty much... more

online reviews sounded pretty grim, however the price was right for a quick weekend to the coast. surprisingly clean, comfortable and accessible to all local (coastal) destinations. more

Thsi hotel was a perfect location for our family. We were going to the beach and couldn't find a good hotel right in Hampton so we settled for a Best Western. It was a fun hotel for the kids because of the pool, water slide, petting zoo, blow up things....The rooms were a good size. We liked the way the... more

This is a lovely little place. The staff are all very friendly, there is 24hr security that walk around. Very kid friendly. In season they have TONS of activities, animals, and little rides to keep the kids occupied. There is an arcade and a small petting zoo there with horses, deer, rabbits, a monkey, birds, sheep, donkeys and goats. In... more

We usually do not stay at this hotel when we visit the area, however, this was the only hotel in the area with a vacancy. Now we know why. The bathroom floor was dirty, there were only one hand towel, and when we arrived the room was at 60 degrees. We tried turning up the heat and the room would... more

We stayed here for one night on our way to another vacation destination. This is definitely a cool place to come for a two night stay. There is so much to do for younger children (ages 3-10). The pools were great, they have a cool water slide, bouncy houses, Airbrush tatoos, train rides, pony rides and a ferris wheel. They... more

We just returned from a 4 night stay at this motel and had a great time. The price was perfect for our limited budget. Ok ,So the Good parts: Location: Very easy to find and located close to I95. From the location you can basically go to anywhere from Maine to Rye Beach, North Beach, Hampton Beach, Salisbury Beach or... more

The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly: This hotel had clean rooms and a pretty good breakfast. However the people there were strange. There was a lot of scary looking people. There is a little petting zoo that isn't kept well. The poor ponies have open wounds on them. It's awful. When we called the front desk the customer service... more
