We stayed at Steele Hill for one horrible night. The check-in staff were efficient and pleasant. The buildings are old and worn. Once inside the West building you could see the carpeting in the hallway had been replaced. Outstanding service, food, and experience overall. This is the second time I've been at Steele Hill (the first time on July 4th), and I found the personnel in general and the management in particular friendly and professional.
