Its a nicely arranged complex, which seems to be good maintained. The staff is very friendly, the room spacious and clean. Internet access with high speed and enough capacity. The kitchenette is nothing more than an kitchen sink, combined with fridge, a microwave and a coffee machine. The window A/C has not enough power to cool down the room properly... More

The Rose Inn at Rye makes a great first impression: well-maintained grounds, lush flowers, tidy exterior. But, the attention to detail ends there. The first room we were assigned hadn't yet been cleaned, and the second room smelled of stale cigarette smoke, was unevenly cleaned (hair in the tub, obvious dust on parts of the furniture), and the sheets on... The room itself was beautiful! Nice space and new carpeting. The bed was comfortable. Perfect for a night away. It was a little pricey but it did have a kitchenette. If the bathroom had a whilrpool tub it would've been perfect for our romantic night away. The only suggestion I had as we checked out was that the cleaning personnel... More

This is a good stop over motel but not fancy. We stayed here two Saturday's in a row as a midpoint while traveling. The rooms are clean and roomy. However, both rooms had a stuffy smell and the window air conditioners are noisy. There is road noise as well but the air conditioner worked to drown it out. It is... More

We stayed at The Rosewood Inn at Rye last Saturday night, June 21st. Check in was simple. Gil who was the desk person was very nice. We stayed in room #12. when we walked in the door there was a funny odor, apparently that had just recently replaced the carpet. We tried to open the windows , but could not.... More

This is a well maintained property. I was struck immediately on arrival by how tidy the landscaping is. The office was pleasant with light, inoffensive music, and warm staff. Our room is lovely, clean, and nicely appointed. It has windows on both sides for a cross breeze and is roomy, with two double beds. It was a bit stuffy when... More

We fall in love every time we stay. Comfort, serenity, cleanliness next to Godliness. Impeccable hospitality service, and super well maintained. The owner has exquisite taste in a manner that shows how much love she puts into her establishment. Reasonable prices for long term stays. We arrived thinking we were staying 1 week, and again we stayed longer, this time... More

First of all the rooms are so comfortable and they totally have a feel as if you are at home. They are kept immaculate and the staff is very helpful. The grounds are beautifully kept too. Room rates are reasonable . This is a must visit if you are in Nh!

Everything one could expect in a motel: clean, gondola bed, friendly staff. Signage a bit of an issue at night - we missed it four times and had to do u turns! Sign needs illuminating at night. Also, make sure you get directions or know where you are going in nearby Portsmouth ( a nice little town once you find... More
