We stayed here several years ago and loved it! However, we booked a 3 night stay here for the end of July the beginning of August and left after staying a half hour! We had a non smoking room which smelled like smoke and we could smell smoke coming from the room next door via the bathroom vents. Management has... More

We stayed at this location one night on the way to Maine and one night returning. Trip on the way, we arrived an hour early and were asked to wait an hour for the room to be cleaned. This was at 2 PM....room finally ready at 3:15 PM. Room was good but not great. HVAC wall unit had no control... More

The staff seems friendly but the room we're staying in is less than impressive. We pulled up to our room and the door was open; I joked it must be because the room smells and it's airing out. We walked in and it wasn't a joke anymore, the room does have a funny smell. It has a fridge but it... More

Consider this inn if value and location are your priorities. I was visiting the area for a family wedding, but was not going to have my own car. I wanted to be able to walk to downtown Rochester and my sister's house, but I also want a comfortable bed in a clean room. I feel like I got it all... More

Tracy does an amazing job at runing the front desk and doing the housekeeping. Jay does an amazing job and keeping the grounds clean. The breakfast in the morning is... More

This place is a dump. Plain and Simple. It's not taken care of. The rooms and grounds are unkempt. The pool is gross. Outside furniture is old, broken and unsafe. Management staff is drunk by 5pm and still on the job. Breakfast is hardly ever out in time (posted breakfast hours are 7am-9am). Complete waste of good money. The owners... More
